  2. I couldn't say how long it will take as we're really busy at the moment but we'll do it as soon as we can. Keep checking it and it will update automatically once we've applied it
  3. Only reason I can think of would be a power drop which could cause it to factory reset. If it does happen again try to access the interface before rebooting to grab a log from the System Information page and we can take a look - it gets wiped after a reboot
  4. Gotcha, I don't think that'll be an issue, we've done our best to make it work right out of the gate, of course the real test is when it gets into the hand of all the users.
  5. Check the IP on your PC network settings then check the Device Manager on the router for the device you think it is, do the IPs match?

  7. Could you clarify what you mean? Are you saying Italy servers are missing from Ping Heatmap?

  11. Make sure you're doing the step where you exit Battle.net from the PC system tray before you make any changes as that could impact it
  12. It won't work for YouTube unfortunately - still something we're trying to work around but they serve ads in a different way which makes them harder to block. Normal website ads should still be blocked.

Like with R2 Early Access I'm sure we will be doing that, pretty much anyone who signs up for that can have access to it and I suspect it will be the same for DumaOS 4 but right now we don't have a beta available. No, we'll be updating guides and providing videos on the features. The state of the firmware is still quite fluid at the moment so once it hits launch and we have a better idea of what will be present we can get that out. There's a very slim chance you won't receive it by Xmas, we just don't want to promise that it will be delivered by then.   15. Hybrid VPN is currently being optimised for the Netduma R3 and we were not able to get it ready in time for the launch firmware. It will be ready very soon - please use this thread to ask about any questions or concerns you have about this. Thanks, The Netduma Team
  16. If the service for the game is out of date it may not filter as well. Switching it to a PlayStation allows it to be filtered well in that scenario
  17. If you're keeping the app open for a long time it could be timing out because you need to authenticate again which makes sense - NG set the timeout
  18. Is the wifi disconnecting, even just briefly? How long is the app open before it disconnects?

  20. There shouldn't be any cause for it on our side not appearing at all. I know you tried it but could you try these steps again please? (I've ammended it slightly) Quit the application/game/client completely including battle.net from the PC system tray Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client I'll pass it on thanks!   21. Did it work until an app update by any chance? No worries! Do you get an error when you get disconnected? Good choice!
  22. Has it ever worked for you? If not it might be because it's not on DumaOS 3.3 yet (coming soon), I'll check with the team if that is the cause

  24. Check the IP of your PC in your PC network settings then check on the Device Manager for the device you think is the PC, do the IPs match?
