Thanks for trying, it's purely an app issue, I've passed it back to the team to take a look

Sorry to hear that, use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channels and change to those as well as experiment with the widths. May also be a good idea to split the bands so you use 2.4GHz exclusively for devices further away/that have more obstacles in the way between them and the router

AP mode disables DumaOS features so no it wouldn't make a difference -
DHL usually give a conservative estimate so you should actually get it sooner, although the shipping is quite accurate with the time frame we give you its not guaranteed

Could you update to .68 https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/XR1000/XR1000-V1.0.0.68_1.0.54.zip and then try again after that please? -
Could you clarify what update you're referring to and what you're having trouble logging in on please?

For both of you this could be Steady Ping as your ping isn't actually much higher: "Steady Ping smoothens out your gaming connection using the same approach as suspension in a car. By adding a small buffer to balance out any variation, the bumps and stutters you would usually feel in the game will be completely eliminated. When you connect to a game, Steady Ping will take a few seconds to stabilise your connection. Once you’re stabilised, check out your ping to the host: on the chart, you can see how unstable your ping would’ve been on the bottom, and what your current ping is above. In the rare case that Steady Ping can’t stabilise the host, your gameplay will be unaffected and proceed as normal. Since your average ping will only be increased by ~8ms to achieve rock-solid gameplay, there really is no down-side." Also if you're measuring using the Ping Optimizer it uses a different server than you would normally use so depending on where this is located in relation to you it may read higher but doesn't mean your overall ping is higher. @Jakerod12 if you still have issues/think that's not it please make a new topic and we can continue there

Double NAT would indicate that the exposed host hasn't been setup correctly on the ISP router, if you double check the WAN IP on the R3 and match it with what you've set are they still the same?
-
What did you do to ensure an Open NAT - did you put the ISP modem/router in modem/bridge mode or put the R3 in its DMZ? Could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter and Smart Boost pages please?
-
Thanks for that, in the meantime could you clear your browser cache/cookies and see if it appears correctly then?

The infinite loading on the Setup Wizard will be fixed for the next version going out tomorrow. I'll pass along the thoughts about CC and see if we can get WiFi SSID shorter. Scroll down on the left on the settings box there are more settings - disable your Adblocker for the interface, may have blocked the scroll bar which shows that it can be done - may also be blocking Ping Optimizer -
Are you using the Geo-Filter currently? If so, remove the device from the Geo-Filter, restart the console, then see if it appears open then. Was there anything specifically you changed/did prior to SmartBoost disappearing? Could you get the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced System Logs and post them here please? Once you've done that reboot the router, does it come back?
-
Have you had a DumaOS router before? What ping were you seeing there before and what do you see now? How have you setup the router with your network - are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you done anything on the ISP modem/router to ensure an Open NAT when connecting through the R3? Have you setup the Geo-Filter? Have you setup Smart Boost?
