  1. The peer is the host of your game it is just misclassified as a peer but it will actually be a server so it is working as expected.
  2. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly please? Is this preventing you from filtering?
  3. We've only really just released the first XR700 build so there will be at least another one I should think. It really depends how stable they are as to when it can be released publically.

  5. You don't need an internet connection to access the interface and actually you need to complete the wizard in order to get internet. Can you access 192.168.77.1 via the web browser through ethernet or WiFi?
  6. They haven't specified but I don't think it is something that would be a hardware issue and the fact they said they would get a fix but it's just not easy does indicate firmware. Thanks for your volunteering, we'll let you know if we need you to try anything. You're very welcome!
  7. I did actually bring this up with NG and they have told me this is actually an issue they're looking into but unfortunately it is not a quick fix. The good thing is the consoles all do have an Open NAT and it's likely the game is just a misreading, that being said even if they are moderate they won't negatively impact your gameplay.
  8. Did you try my PM? It's likely that it will work properly when we release the next firmware so for the moment it may be best to use it behind the Google WiFi.
  9. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  10. The latest is .52 https://kb.netgear.com/000062702/XR1000-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-52 if you're not on that then upgrade and do a factory reset. If you try to flush the cloud manually does that work?
  11. So LAN port on Xfi to XR Internet port? Are you on the latest firmware?
  12. If you check the Internet Setup page on the XR which we know works and there are any differing settings there then we can copy that over to the R2 to see if it will work that way. We don't unfortunately as we're a small team. There is an issue we're looking at which is probably the reason why it isn't working correctly. I've sent you a PM.
  13. No don't do that, if you have internet already then you don't need it and it would only cause you to disconnect. Check what Internet settings the Google WiFi is already using and see if you can enter them into the R2 to get a connection.
  14. You need to find out if you need it first, it's not something you can just enable as specific details are required. VLAN isn't supported at the moment.

  16. Great thank you, could you also disable IPv6 please and let us know when you've done that?
  17. Your radius is too big, I would recommend you reduce it to the closest possible servers to you.
  18. You won't be able to connect using DumaOS if there is no internet but the LAN IP should work. It may be you need PPPoE or VLAN when directly connecting to that.
  19. Envíe un correo electrónico a [email protected] con un enlace a este tema y su número de pedido, ya que le sugiero que le envíen un enrutador de reemplazo.
  20. When that next happens give your PC a static IP in its network settings and see if it then allows access. I believe this is due to the browser blocking it or an Adblocker you've got active on the web browser.
  21. It can't replace your modem but if you have a modem and separate router it could replace the router. The R2 doesn't currently have VLAN implemented unfortunately but I'm trying to see if I can push the devs to get it included soon. PPPoE is supported.

  23. That's disappointing, did you try all the external ports as 3074 with the internals changing? It shouldn't really work but if you have the NAT option as Open and put another device in the DMZ do you get more than one open?
  24. No need to scroll, we can just try to resolve it in your topic. Any other company you probably wouldn't have received a response over the weekend anyway.
  25. If we continue in your topic I'm sure we can get it resolved. It depends where you purchased, you can check the terms here: https://netduma.com/terms
