  1. Sounds like the DHCP issue, in LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  2. Unfortunately not but the 450 version will be coming
  3. That's brilliant to hear, your persistence paid off! Thanks for the update!
  4. It's not currently possible to block YT ads using the Adblocker, it's not as easy as other ads but it's something we hope we can workaround
  5. These guides will tell you everything you need to know: https://kb.netgear.com/000060394/How-do-I-set-up-Ethernet-port-aggregation-on-my-NETGEAR-Nighthawk-multi-gig-speed-cable-modem https://kb.netgear.com/000060368/How-do-I-set-up-LAN-Ethernet-port-aggregation-on-my-NETGEAR-Nighthawk-router https://kb.netgear.com/000061095/How-do-I-set-up-WAN-Internet-Ethernet-port-aggregation-on-my-NETGEAR-Nighthawk-router
  6. How much packet loss is it showing? What are your Congestion Control settings? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and are ALL devices connected to the XR?
  7. I can't guarantee it but I am 90% confident it will be in the next version
  8. The log is primarily for the developers to help diagnose any issues that require further investigation, as such it shows a lot of normal background processes which can look like issues but this is a common one, no need to be concerned. You can largely ignore the log.
  9. Did you delete it then re-add it with a different name or perhaps change the name of it while it was added to Traffic Prio?
  10. I'll try my best to make sure he does
  11. WiFi won't be the best way to play but try these suggestions, they may help make it more stable. Disable Mirror Mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  12. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works any better.
  13. Alright keep us posted!
  14. No tenemos recomendaciones específicas. No recomendaría usar una VPN para jugar si quieres una buena conexión, ya que aumentará tu ping.
  15. Access the interface using 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm then upgrade to the beta: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51612-new-xr700-beta-firmware-33363/ that should get you sorted
  16. You will have deleted the device from the Device Manager that was added to Traffic Prioritization. You will need to re-connect the device to the router that was previously added to Traffic Prio with the same name, device type and connection method and the error will go, otherwise you'll have to do a factory reset
  17. When did this issue first start to appear exactly? Was it by any chance after deleting a device from the Device Manager or adjusting a setting for a device? Most likely you'll need to factory reset in order to clear that error
  18. We don't give out release dates for firmware but it is being worked on and yes that will be coming as far as I know.
  19. The way Fortnite works is that it only tries to connect to a server when you're actually loading into the game and so that is the only time it can be blocked so you are kicked back to the lobby. For Fortnite it's best to disable filtering mode but still use it to find out what server you're on, if it's too far away then you could quit and re-search until you find the server you want. This would actually be quicker than letting the Geo-Filter kick you.
  20. Not to worry, people have made that mistake before, I should be more clear! Glad to hear it's working!
  21. I've given you access, enjoy!
  22. Not sure when in the log specifically you were having issues but your public/WAN IP seems to be renewing quite frequently which could be part of it, can you set that as static and see if that improves it? The cloud files are so small I'd be very surprised if they caused any packet loss
  23. Avant d'allumer la console serait ma recommandation mais au moins pendant que vous êtes sur la console avant de lancer le jeu depuis le tableau de bord
  24. What do you mean by exceed bandwidth exactly? Using more than you've allocated? Gaming doesn't use much bandwidth at all so you shouldn't see it happen unless the other device was being used or the console was doing an update
  25. While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi entirely from the WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if it's more stable from then on.
