  1. If you have a look at the connection details on the console, is it receiving an IP address from the router at all? Are there any settings you've made for the console specifically since the reset?
  2. If that's what you have it set to then yes leave it at that, it's working well. You don't need to use the Adblocker on any devices you don't want to, it's not really necessary for a console. No you don't need to add that, it's included by default.
  3. We're still improving that feature so it's not always accurate
  4. He's super busy at the moment and I think this will require full testing - it was never an easy game to filter - that's why strict mode exists purely for this game. I think it's best to play with the Geo disabled for the moment.
  5. Your Connection Benchmark is great, A+ for Ping Under Load so you can ignore waveform, your QoS settings are working very well. You can leave the port forwarding rule disabled then that should be fine.
  6. Can you take a screenshot of the rule please? Can you take a screenshot of a completed Connection Benchmark test? You can keep WAN as their defaults
  7. The wrong credentials are being used, enter the serial number from the bottom of the router in and you can reset it
  8. Ah I see what you're doing, not the Device Manager on your PC, the Device Manager on the router interface
  9. I've given you access to the new firmware. When the disconnect happens do you still have access to the interface? If so can you provide the log from the System Information page please when it happens?
  10. Delete it from the Geo-Filter, go to the Device Manager and click on your device, then on the window that appears you can change the device type from there and then you can re-add it to the Geo-Filter with the manual option.
  11. Improvements in terms of connection quality? Unlikely as generally it does increase your ping, there isn't a specific VPN we recommend. DMZ doesn't create any port forwarding rules so whatever that is you can delete it
  12. It's region locked to the place of purchase, however, this may help you get it changed: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-Wi-Fi-5-AC-and-Orbi-with/Change-region/td-p/2025003

  15. Here is another topic where someone had the exact same issue 2 years ago and this comment specifically explains why it may be a problem: So probably best to contact Netgear and see what they can do.
  16. Yeah I mentioned it's an issue we're looking into, I'm referring to the YT/Netflix streams while gaming
  17. Can you provide a screenshot of the Network Monitor when a stream and gaming is happening at the same time please?
  18. Looks pretty good, may only need a slight tweak to get those small spikes out, try 65/65 and run the test again. Also when gaming try disabling Traffic Prioritization and see if that stops the stream buffering.
  19. Ah yes, I think you'll need to try a few reboots, that's really the only thing that would resolve it - I assume you wouldn't want to do a factory reset for that
  20. 70% is a good starting point but it may not necessarily be the value that works best for you. Could you provide a screenshot of a completed Connection Benchmark test please?
  21. Not specifically no but go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  22. Try the above for WiFi disconnects, it's most likely interference which those suggestions will help with. What do you usually have Congestion Control set to?
  23. That's right, Normal for wired devices, Gaming/Voice for wireless devices. You can enable Apply to WAN, if your ISP supports priority tags you may notice an improvement, if not it's fine to keep enabled. Yes that's right.
  24. Tray was correct but also devices such as phones have an option for Private/Random MAC addresses which would cause that behavior as it essentially makes the router see it as a new device everytime it connects. Give it a reboot, wait 2 minutes and it should load then
