Good advice above, you'll be limited to 1Gbps anyway and probably won't need QoS as much, though you could just leave Congestion Control at 100% and use SmartBOOST, you can still benefit from it

Where are you testing speeds on the router or speedtest.net for example? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How is your ISP modem/router setup to pass through traffic to the R3?

I wouldn't have thought so no, given you've disabled all the options that other people have and it started working for them, I think it must be a deeper issue for you. I think it's best we get the team to remote in and have a look when they're back. As you don't get much time when you do have access I'll let you know when they're ready so you can take the necessary steps to allow them access. I'll get back to you.

As above, due to the holidays everyone has been off, they'll be back tomorrow and they'll start to look through everything and updates may start to come out in a few days time

I don't know the specifics no but to get 3.3 on it was a challenge and we were waiting for things to be done that weren't necessarily in our control

Hello, welcome to the forum! You've done everything you need to do in order to make the two routers work optimally together and to allow the R3 total control of the network so all good to just focus on the R3 now.

Give the console a few back to back reboots to see if it triggers. Does it open if you disable the Geo-Filter before booting up the game?
