Database with thousands of DNS listings
Netduma Fraser replied to Derlandes's topic in Community Discussion
Boa ideia, vou adicioná-lo à lista! -
Yes you should connect the R3 to the Sky Hub and then go through the Setup Wizard on the R3. Then on the R3 go to Settings > WAN and copy the WAN IP, then go on the Sky Hub interface and paste that into the DMZ option. Would also be best to disable the WiFi on the Sky Hub so all devices connect to the R3.

GeoFiltering - Why would it do this?
Netduma Fraser replied to bzip2's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Are you actually in a game at that point? As a server with a solid white circle around it indicates it's been manually allowed by you or whitelisted by us. If we whitelisted it then it will be an authentication server required for online play and you won't actually play a game on that server. -
Você poderia fornecer uma captura de tela da página completa do Geo-Filter de um PC, se possível, por favor? Além disso, se isso pudesse ser feito mostrando o que você vê ao jogar um jogo fora do seu raio, isso seria realmente útil.

Hello, welcome to the forum! Sorry could you clarify the issue, you have no internet through the R2? Can you access the router interface?
-
You just caught me! No worries, I've updated that for you.
-
Which router is it you have exactly? What settings have you changed specifically as it seems as though it could be bypassing the router, or Ping Assist has got you a game outside your radius outside your zoomed view
-
Have you put the PC in the DMZ or made a Traffic Controller rule to allow all traffic to it? Any other settings specific for this device?
-
It looks like it is working in that it did show you the authentication server, are you not seeing anything within your radius when you're in the game playing?

R2 Firmware update not applying
Netduma Fraser replied to way2fast900rr's topic in Netduma R2 Support
I haven't heard back yet unfortunately but I'm chasing and I will get back to you once I hear anything -
I couldn't say how long it will take as we're really busy at the moment but we'll do it as soon as we can. Keep checking it and it will update automatically once we've applied it

XR1000 is doing some weird behavior
Netduma Fraser replied to powermix24's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Only reason I can think of would be a power drop which could cause it to factory reset. If it does happen again try to access the interface before rebooting to grab a log from the System Information page and we can take a look - it gets wiped after a reboot -
ANNOUNCEMENT: Introducing the Netduma R3
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in News & Announcements
Gotcha, I don't think that'll be an issue, we've done our best to make it work right out of the gate, of course the real test is when it gets into the hand of all the users. -
Check the IP on your PC network settings then check the Device Manager on the router for the device you think it is, do the IPs match?
-
Okay thank you, I'll pass that on to get it updated
-
Could you clarify what you mean? Are you saying Italy servers are missing from Ping Heatmap?

XR1000 is doing some weird behavior
Netduma Fraser replied to powermix24's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
That is strange, have you tried to access the interface since then? Has it factory reset at all? -
If you could that would be really helpful thanks!
-
Is it working for any other games at all?
-
Make sure you're doing the step where you exit Battle.net from the PC system tray before you make any changes as that could impact it
