  1. Thank you, that all looks fine, do you still have access to the internet when you can't get to the interface? Are you leaving the interface open for long periods of time? Do you have anything connected to the USB port?
  2. Do you have anything connected to the USB port at all?
  3. You need to click on 'link' for the file you want then you can paste it into Adblocker as a URL
  4. It's the holidays so everyone is off, they'll be looking at all issues when they're back in the new year
  5. That's a bug, make it use 3074 and it will work until that can be resolved. Custom in what way? You can choose by a group of services, individual services or devices
  6. Both are correct, if there is no update available then it will be greyed out, if you want to upgrade manually then you do that from troubleshooting
  7. Sent That's great to hear. Not specifically with modem mode no, I've always just found the modem mode to be a bit unstable at time and sounds like that was what you were experiencing too. Glad it's all working now. Merry Christmas to you too! Sent
  8. Merry Christmas! Not sure where you've got the idea that there is a .26 available, the last firmware created by the team before the holidays is the .23 version.
  9. Thank you very much for the kind words, it's much appreciated, Merry Christmas to you and your family!
  10. The team thought they fixed it as it was working with the routers in the office so it's likely a more complex issue, they'll do some more fixes in January
  11. @Bueyako1 I'm a little confused, this topic is 2 years old and wasn't directed at you, could you explain what you mean please?
  12. I know what you mean about the wording actually, it is quite confusing, I'll make the team aware of that. It's setting it to make sure you have that ping so if you set it to have 20ms you should be getting 20ms to the server overall. By outside the Geo-Filter I meant applying to non gaming devices but for you it's likely Geo-Latency is allowing servers outside. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart the game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game), if that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and check again. I've also sent you a firmware via PM to try that may help.
  13. Seems like this topic is getting a bit out of hand now so I'll be closing it. This topic was to announce the R3 so if anyone has any issues please make a topic and I'll respond there as soon as I can.
  14. Could you disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN then test again please? For Heatmap I believe the R3 is using a more up to date cloud than the R2 which would make sense why the pings are different there
  15. Apologies, you mentioned it before and just re-reading it now I see the issue, it's PPPoE, you're actually getting higher than we expected. Faster speeds with PPPoE is something we'll be looking into. I suspect if you use the BT Hub to handle PPPoE and then connect the R3 to it you will see much higher speeds.
  16. Thanks for the kind words! Happy Holidays to you too!
  17. Yes please, try it without
  18. Added, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ Merry Christmas!
  19. Ah understood, we did put some fixes in for the app so make sure you've updated from the app store, if it's still not working it's something we'll be looking at again
  20. Are you leaving the interface open for long periods of time by any chance?
  21. Make sure to re-enable UPnP again and then yes some back to back reboots of the console please
  22. I would say it sounds like the R3 is making the in game ping show correctly compared to the 500. There are a lot of variables in networking so doesn't necessarily guarantee you'll receive the same ping as those in your country. Yes that would be helpful thank you. Happy Holidays!
  23. What are you seeing when you try to access it via a PC? If you reboot the router does it work then?
