  1. I've sent you all the .23 firmware via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  2. Is it this? https://www.workday.com/ if so if you could get captures for us that would be really helpful
  3. What were the port forwarding rules you were trying to set exactly?
  4. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  5. Sent Firmware should start coming out this week so if you're having a stable experience I'd suggest waiting!
  6. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  7. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Console tab. Refresh the page then provide a screenshot of what the console window shows please when using dumaos to access
  8. Privacy error is fine, HTTP should be used over HTTPS for it. If you use the default credentials admin / password does that allow you in?
  9. Which servers aren't appearing that you think should be? As above have you changed region as well as changing the Geo settings?
  10. Do a test with a wired PC, do you get expected results then?
  11. Thanks for the requests, I'll add them to the list for potential future inclusion

  16. You can upgrade from the interface if you haven't done so already and it'll show you the change log. Other than that I've sent you .23 which has some Geo-Filter improvements.
  17. Add it to the Geo-Filter then reboot your device and then launch the game, can you see icons on the map after that?
  18. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.
  19. Might be because it's a close IP to it that it thinks there is the potential for a conflict. Use routerlogin.net to login and you won't have the trouble of not knowing which is used
  20. On the developer console, go to the network tab, click to disable cache, click and hold the refresh button on the browser until empty cache and hard reload appears and click that, does it load correctly? Are you using Armor?
  21. Not getting you a game at all or getting a game outside your parameters or something else?
  22. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. That should help traffic flow properly. Add the console to the Geo-Filter, then reboot the console and see if it appears active when you're playing.
  23. It could also be IPv6, if you disable it in LAN/WAN it may help as well. The team will be on it!
