  1. They haven't fixed the issue yet, they've only just got back from the holidays so they will be resolving it soon
  2. If you are using PPPoE then that does explain the speeds, we're looking into seeing if we can increase that. Otherwise the alternative would be the above which would allow for the better speeds with the R3 not handling it.
  3. Could you expand on the issues you're seeing? Not working doesn't give me much to go off. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how is that setup? Split the bands for WiFi and connect to 2.4 or 5GHz and see if it is more stable for you It's not bricked then, please make a new topic and we'll be able to help, most likely you'll just need to reboot the modem, wait a few minutes then reboot the R3 and it'll get internet
  4. Boot up the console, do a connection test, then see if it appears online when you're gaming
  5. As above, that's the issue we're looking into
  6. How did you do the reboot, via the interface, button or unplug? Unplug it from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait a few minutes, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release then wait 4 minutes and see if it works then please
  7. Ah well that's great to hear, maybe that speeds with PPPoE are better than we initially thought. You're very welcome!
  9. This used to be something we did suggest doing after every update yes but with the R3 you shouldn't need to do that anymore, though what I have been suggesting now is that if you have done a few updates is to do one just to ensure no remnants from previous versions cause any issues and this has helped people have a more stable experience. So for the R3 maybe every 3-4 updates or potentially if there is a massive update to do so.
  10. No worries, hopefully we'll be able to get someone to take a look today: Whatever the modem/router the R3 is connected to, make sure it is in modem/bridge mode or it has the R3 WAN IP in its DMZ (found on the R3 in Settings > WAN) Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and modem/router if applicable Enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting Post back here when you've done it with a device connected to the R3
  11. No it shouldn't, copy the WAN IP from the R3 Settings > WAN then input that in the TP DMZ and you're good to go
  12. Do you know that there is definitely a server there? Are you able to connect to it on the Geo-Filter?
  13. It must be a misreading on the game as it's just not possible. Sent to you both
  14. If you check SmartBOOST when you do another test, is any other traffic being picked up at all?
  15. Sent 2 - 3ms will be impossible, usually playing on LAN is around 5ms so even having 5 the server would have to be very very close. It's potentially the higher base ping issue that the team will be looking into.
  16. Could you expand on the actual issue you're having with WiFi, is it range/speed, both? Could you provide some figures so we can get a better idea?
  17. How big is the difference between the Geo-Filter ping and the in game ping generally in a game? Also don't know if it's possible but try with Cross Play disabled
  18. That's brilliant to hear, thanks for the update!
  19. Okay so it's possible it has been incorrectly whitelisted, could you provide the ID of that server so we can take a look?
  20. If it's doing that there will be a setting allowing that to happen (make sure Ping Assist is at 0, Strict Mode enabled, Fast search disabled) or you changed the Geo-Filter settings while you were already on the game
  21. Click the icon top left of the Geo-Filter Map and you'll see it there
  22. That's great to hear, it'll only keep getting better!
  23. Est-ce qu'il se réinitialise si vous accédez à l'aide de 192.168.1.1 à la place ?
  24. On the modem/router ensure it's in modem or bridge mode or my personal favorite, copying the WAN IP from the R3 Settings > WAN page and then entering that in the DMZ on your modem. That will allow all traffic to flow directly to the R3.
