  1. Good advice above, if that isn't it, what is the exact rule you're trying to make?
  2. Great to hear! It'll be what I mentioned before, something will be blocked on the map, adding it to your allow list should make it work all the time. If you can get us the ID of it as well we can add that to the whitelist cloud
  3. Ping naturally fluctuates, that jitter is great and way under the normal expected range, it will be impossible to get jitter to 0. 1ms is also imperceptible so won't be causing any issues
  4. I don't think it's a faulty unit, pretty confident it can be improved with software changes. Shouldn't take that long at all!
  5. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  6. It should do, I don't believe we're aware of it not working, what is happening exactly?
  7. It will not always be possible to get a ping that low, it depends on your base ping and then your routing to the game server. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. I would suggest not using Ping Assist and covering Spain.
  8. Sorry, what wasn't nice about my response? I was just stating what is happening
  9. Sorry for the delay, the dev wasn't able to connect at the time. Could you double check all those settings are still done please and post back when it's ready so they can connect tomorrow?
  10. We have seen some issues with custom so we'll be looking into that
  11. It's better to have everything connected to the R3 but it'll probably be fine as long as those devices aren't heavily using bandwidth when you're gaming as the R3 QoS won't be able to control them. So I would say see how it is with that setup, if you're noticing issues like lag when gaming and those other devices are being used then may be worth looking into boosting the signal.
  12. Exactly as above so Always + Disabled and it should reflect your changes then
  13. Traffic Prioritization supersedes Congestion Control, this is why it is best to use it for low latency traffic such as gaming so it doesn't cause congestion
  14. It needs to be set to Always if you're doing those kinds of tests otherwise it won't apply
  15. It depends on your routing to the servers, if the routing isn't very good the ping may be higher. It could also be mislocated on the map. How do you have the Geo-Filter setup?
  16. It's very difficult for me to give out ETAs for specific bug fixes, I don't always know specifically what issues devs are working on but Geo-Filter improvements will be coming
  17. Yes we believe it is a CPU issue, fixed in a firmware expected this week
  18. No .23 is an old firmware, the fix is coming in a new firmware expected this week
  19. Should work fine after uninstalling and re-installing. What is the specific issue you're seeing?
  20. I don't believe this is a widespread issue, there are some common issues that people are facing, anything reported will be fixed. One of the problems that could be causing a lot of issues is high CPU usage that will be fixed for the update this week
  21. Thank you for that, I will pass it onto the team to have a look at - there have been a couple of other reports so the team will be looking into it, it may be fixed already for the next update
  22. Have you set it to Always? Do you have speed test bypass enabled?
  23. Okay so if you add them back to the Geo-Filter then launch the game there is likely something blocked on the map causing it. If you click it to ping then add it to the allow list that should resolve it - you may need to do it a couple of times if they use different servers for it.
