  1. Disable Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter page, that will be increasing it
  2. Have you got the device added to the Geo-Filter? If so if you remove it can you connect normally?
  3. Ahh, yes you do, change it to DHCP then reboot and try again
  4. As mentioned, it's a firmware coming, expected this week
  5. Expected this week. It's been requested for the USB port to have some functionality, anything like that will be awhile off
  6. Okay great, that's progress. Will get back to you once I know more about disconnects. We're aware of that issue and looking into it
  7. Best thing would be to disable the CenturyLink WiFi is there is a chance devices will auto connect back to it Yes that's correct Once you take the CL out of bridge mode check back on the R3 WAN Settings page and it'll have an IP you can enter into the DMZ
  8. Check the main ISP router for the exact PPPoE/VLAN Settings it is using, just to be sure nothing has been missed, I saw somewhere 1001 for VLAN to be used so I think it's probably the key to getting you internet, you just need to find out what it is. Also copy the ISP modem/router MAC address and change the R2 to use that MAC address, in case there is any issues with using third party routers that may help. Also, I'm not ignoring anyone, I have many people to help, not just on the forum but on other platforms as well, that means sometimes it may take me longer to respond, especially with the R3 having launched I'm busier than ever.

  10. It could be a relay server that is actually far away and redirecting you back to a close server. Could be, I haven't seen that issue thus far if that's the case
  11. That's great to hear. That's absolutely fine, the R2 has a built in firewall so it is safe, it would only be a security risk if you were then to put a PC in the DMZ on the R2 for example.
  12. The R3 should be getting an IP from the ISP router no? The AP shouldn't be assigning device IPs
  13. My bad, basically what Zippy set, take it out of bridge then put the R3 in its DMZ. I believe the WAN IP of the R3 is changing frequently which may be causing it, changing to this configuration should prevent that. Ireland is most likely an authentication server required for online play. It has been reported polygon isn't working as well as simple so we'll take a look at that.
  14. What do you mean you change them and you get the same results? What testing are you doing?
  15. That's pretty interesting but no the router doesn't provide the information. I'm not surprised it plays worse with TCP given how fast paced the game can play. If that's working for you to avoid the bad games that's great, I think it's probably too niche for us to implement though. Do try experimenting with the percentages as well.
  16. Ah that's really great to hear, thanks for the update!
  17. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then.
  18. Possibly yes but you'd need to do the DMZ method I mentioned above
  19. I don't know what number it'll be until they've compiled fixes into a build but it won't 23, as above it'll be a higher number .29 for example. There is no need to re-upgrade to the same firmware .23
  20. We don't give out ETAs, as soon as it is ready we'll make it available
  21. It's a Netgear issue and we have let them know many times about this so I am not hopeful it'll be done soon to be honest
  22. Nothing yet, no need to make topics, once it's available and has been tested I'll start giving it out
  23. For the XR series Settings has been done by Netgear so we don't have any influence over that at all unfortunately
  24. I don't have anything yet
