We are working on improving the WiFi. If you reboot the router does it then work? Weren't going to work in what sense? Those tests aren't based on what your connection is like at the time, it's just a test from the internet to your PC and how it would handle bufferbloat if your connection was completely saturated. It's essentially a test that is providing results on a potential scenario, not the current scenario. It will be shipped with the correct power adapter for the country/region. Great to hear you're getting it! You can use 1000 yes

I've not seen that before, it must be a misreading if you do have internet
-
That's great to hear. We'll be working to make that show up more reliably.

Not that I am aware of, you would need something like the services you described that actually provide better routing to game servers. Try searching for general gaming VPNs as they probably will do this and therefore will be easier to use with HVPN.

Ahh I see thank you, I will pass that onto the team to have a look at

RPC error 'ERROR_VALIDATION': Validation failed for 'ips'
Netduma Fraser replied to sacha's topic in Community Discussion
If you click ok does the error return? What router/firmware version are you on? -
Thank you for the suggestions, I doubt to be honest that we'd make a map for it as it's a lot of work when you could just have a saved list. I will add your suggestions to the list.

As I mentioned there is no 3.2, there is only the .68 firmware you have access to. You can see from here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress that the latest available is 3.0 and we're porting 3.2

I replied to your topic

I think it's highlighting it so you can copy it easier and then paste it somewhere to send as working with files may be harder on mobile. So if you do that and paste it here we can have a look

Good to hear, do keep us updated if it happens again -
All your settings are fine

Not able to connect to bridge mode
Netduma Fraser replied to Mostafa Gad's topic in Netduma R1 Support
If it's working in DHCP then the TP is handling PPPoE even when in bridge so you don't need the R3 to handle it -
Aide pour eliminé mon bufferbloat via le r2
Netduma Fraser replied to Hmz's topic in Netduma R2 Support
It's opening ports for a device the router doesn't think exists. Might be better to port forward the ports manually to the device. -
Bufferbloat and in game stutter with R3
Netduma Fraser replied to Aylinka's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It could definitely be the above, let us know if that helps at all. I wouldn't have thought so as it is your connection to the server that matters more. -
Worse Bufferbloat and various issues with R3
Netduma Fraser replied to canuckftc12W's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Matching the tick rate is definitely beneficial, it's better to be in sync than without it. Play with it both enabled/disabled and see which works best fpr ypi -
As DPI improves the Apex issue you mentioned will happen less and less. Guest WiFi is on the list to resolve. Ping Assist is still available in Settings on the Geo-Filter. Import/Export has been requested as well. I don't think we'll be allowing for a custom dashboard again to be honest. Table view for Device Manager has been requested as well. Thanks for the feedback!

That would be the only way to do it yes, could definitely work!

Bufferbloat and in game stutter with R3
Netduma Fraser replied to Aylinka's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It won't necessarily be the firmware, there are other variables outside of the router, what ping is the Geo-Filter/in game showing? -
Ping problem with local file transfer
Netduma Fraser replied to carmine19's topic in Netduma R3 Support
That makes sense, the PC is passing traffic over the network as well as playing a game using the internet so that's a lot of traffic for one device. Make sure just the game is prioritized and it should be better.
