  1. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  2. Does the speedport see the R2 as a connected device? Did you connect speedport LAN port to R2 WAN port via ethernet?
  3. Yes you could do that. What are your internet speeds and what are you getting over WiFi? You probably won't get WiFi speeds as high as ethernet
  4. Not necessarily, if you grab the logs again when it happens and give me the time it happened I can better tell
  5. Thanks for the report, I will add that to the tickets open for WiFi.
  6. If you disable SmartBOOST fully from do you still see the same issue? How do you have Congestion Control set?
  7. If you play without the Geo-Filter enabled do you notice the same thing happening?
  8. Yes both correct, best not to delete the console until you've ensured you've done it and if you have then you won't need to remove it anymore
  9. For consoles that's the way it is added so all good!
  10. Ah great news! If you disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu do you get better speeds then? The hardware is old so it probably will have something to do with it. I doubt it'll be getting 3.3 at this point to be honest.
  11. Thanks, I've passed that on to Anas, will keep you posted
  12. Sorry for the late reply, if you change it then wait about 10 seconds it should apply. If not all devices are connected to the R3 that could be causing you issues because the R3 can't control anything. Firmware still on track for this week.
  13. No it's not and I wasn't able to reproduce this either. I'll pass it on thank you!
  14. Interesting, it is actually located in Texas so that's correct. If you then click on a greyed out server inside your radius/outside do the pings match up more with what the in game ping shows?
  15. As above, still on track for this week
  16. The router has its own built in firewall so it's perfectly safe. It would only be a security risk if you then put your PC in the DMZ on the R3 for example.
  17. Reboot the speedport, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2, wait 4 minutes then check to see if you have internet
  18. But how have you entered that on the router specifically?
  19. Is Traffic Prioritization prioritizing anything at the time and do you have the Congestion Control percentages lowered? If so that is expected behavior.
  20. Could you make yourself accessible again please, also disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN and then PM me your public IP please? Post here when you've done that
  21. As above, are you making changes while on the game? Any Geo-Filter settings should be made before you boot the device/game
  22. It's likely something is being blocked on the map when that error appears, adding it to the allow list should then prevent it - you may need to do it a few times in case they're using different servers
  23. Are you accessing the interface using HTTPS? If so use HTTP and see if that works. Also disable any browser based Adblockers. Are you using Armor?
  24. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  25. Exactly as above, will be even better!
