  1. How have you added the ports for the game exactly? It should definitely be working that way. You could also add the PC with the Games Console service which would be easier and will definitely prioritize
  2. Yes it is almost certainly the issue I mentioned, did you reserve IPs for all your devices connected
  3. We'll be bringing out more improvements so that should help with what you're experiencing
  4. In private matches your opponents are pre-determined so you cannot use the Geo-Filter at all. You could try throttling Congestion Control severely
  5. Thank you for that, I'm not a dev but to me it looks like setting a static/reserved IP is DHCP to renew the lease constantly, I'll pass it onto the team to have a look.
  6. How have you added devices to the right side of HybridVPN?
  7. Great to hear that, yes lots of fixes will be coming
  8. Click advanced WAN Settings and then skip, that will allow you to complete the wizard and get to the interface. Do you know if you require PPPoE/VLAN, anything like that for a connection? If you're not sure check the settings on the old router.
  9. Yes but do the ISP require their router to be used? If you connect that router to the ONT, connect the R2 to the other router and switch to DHCP do you get a connection?
  10. You can't go below 50% for Congestion Control, it's also a very low percentage, shouldn't need to be that low. What happens when you try to change it from 100%?
  11. So you've tried, 95, 85, 75, 65, 55 and combinations in between?
  12. Almost certain it will work if you do the above but fair enough!
  13. If you could grab the logs from the router after you've made the issue happen that should tell us more
  14. Now you've set it there, if you reboot from the interface does it work? Do you require a custom MTU to be set? Do you know whether your ISP requires you to use their modem/router?
  15. What OpenVPN version do they support? It may be incompatible with our version of the client
  16. You can set MTU already in Settings > WAN > Advanced Will add frames to the list
  17. We don't give out any ETAs. I should think so, I believe it's all working in the backend
  18. Ignore Ping Optimizer, just have it set to 70%. See if you have a better experience now
  19. You need to add the word client to the top of the file
  20. As I mentioned before by trying a percentage, looking at the test, trying, testing etc. PingPlotter themselves say it's not a cause for concern https://www.pingman.com/kb/article/initial-hops-100-packet-loss-6.html
  21. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  22. Exactly the same
  23. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/106-latest-firmwares/ We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  24. You're likely putting the incorrect IP in as it will definitely take it - it's not the 192.168.77.1 address, it's the one listed on the WAN Settings page. Congestion Control isn't doing anything as its set to 100, try 70% for download/upload.
  25. You shouldn't send the login details, just the config is fine. I can't get it to work at all adjusting the config, what device did they list the config under or is it just generic?
