As above, what specific fixes are you hoping for? As the team are back now they'll take a look at all the issues I've reported and will start to try to reproduce them, if they can't they'll ask users for more information, if they can they'll try to identify the cause and then work on some fixes. I'd expect to see firmware start to come out steadily from Monday.

I've responded in your other topic, let's continue there: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/52845-downloads-on-xbox-not-working/

I see you have two topics for this, let's continue in this one. Give the Xbox a reserved IP on the R3, then reboot the console does it get a connection then? Also is it connected via ethernet or WiFi and is there a difference in whether the issue happens depending on how you're connected?

Is the feature still working correctly when this happens? Sent

Glad to hear you got it sorted, I'm jealous of your pub shed, would love to see what it looks like!

Just Stupid Question please answer

Don't forget after doing this to disable QoS as well on the router where not many devices are connected as you'd essentially be running QoS twice which could account for the instability. -
Problem with download and upload speed, poor ping.
Netduma Fraser replied to Sergejs Kotovs's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I know it reads that way but I don't always think it was accurate, it wasn't too long ago people were seeing 0ms pings on the game which is 100% impossible -
That's very bizarre, could you provide a screenshot of that please? Is it showing like this for every game? What firmware version are you on currently?
-
Okay that's good to know, thanks for the update!
-
Sent via PM The other possibility is that it's due to IPv6, if you disable this in LAN/WAN does it happen again? It's not a beta so I'm not sure how that's come about, I'm just sending firmware to people who've asked for it so it's a staged rollout - was doing it mainly due to the holidays. I've sent it via PM.

I don't think it's one of the ones that will work every time like CoD should but it still can work for other games like Destiny, if it's possible to allow it to work more widely we will do that
-
Interesting, shouldn't be any difference as the test is done at the router level so would be unaffected by how you're connected to the router. Happy New Year!
-
We don't give out any ETAs but probably in January, I haven't heard of any delays at the moment
-
As above, not possible to go below 50% currently but it has been requested so will likely be possible in a future update. If you're having any issues do let us know and we can assist.
-
The in game ping includes processing delay, all games have it but not all choose to include it in their ping calculation. It's not something we can calculate. If the in game ping is up to 30ms higher roughly then the game should play well, anything higher than that could indicate the server is under heavy load and it's best to try to force a different server.

Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!

Could you provide the IDs please? No estoy seguro de lo que quieres decir. Parecen estar bien, Reino Unido y Francia. No puedes separarlos. -
Upgrading from R1 straight to R3

What is the Geo-Filter ping you're getting now? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you updated the DMZ on the ISP modem/router for the R3 instead of the DMZ? -
Keep needing to reboot because this screen comes up
Netduma Fraser replied to gpadragon's topic in Netduma R3 Support
As in the issue came back after disabling SmartBOOST? You'll need to disable SmartBOOST fully and it shouldn't come back again. The team are looking into it. -
Reboot the speedport, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then it should work
