  1. Yes that's right. Try this: Quit the game completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  2. Your PC browsers may be forcing HTTPS, set them to not do this, then access, does it work without error?

  7. All 3 features can be used at once if you wish to, if you're wanting to throttle specifically and the TP rule is prioritizing then disable that. You don't really need to change BA just for gaming, it uses very little bandwidth and giving it more won't make it use it. As long as it has ~1Mbps then you're good!
  8. Click WAN Setup and then you can skip and complete the rest of the wizard, once you've done that, reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R1 from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if you get internet
  9. Congestion Control is the easiest way to limit it, if you have Traffic Prioritization running then this will supersede Congestion Control/BA so might be what you're experiencing there
  10. It updates as you make the change, that's the case with all the other features on DumaOS where there isn't specific wording otherwise (done, save, apply etc)
  11. Set Ping Assist to 0 and then it will adhere to your polygons, make sure to exit the game completely back to the console then wait 2 minutes before launching again
  12. Could you try accessing the interface using a phone web browser please and see if that works? It uses a different view so may work instead to get you through setup.
  13. Ahh yes a reboot would reset the values. Have you noticed any improvement to jitter with the Games Console rule?

If you're able to, get a different modem, even if you buy it then return it for a refund to see if that makes the test any better - if it does then great, the modem was the issue, if not then the ISP. In which case I think persistence really is key, you need to get through that first line of support basically so they escalate it, that's when you get the more knowledgeable technicians on the kind of issue you're facing. If you collect evidence and say what you have done (tried a different modem, ran ping tests over 10 mins etc) that will reduce the amount of troubleshooting the first line of support can go through and with some luck they will escalate. If you say your livelihood depends on a consistent ping as well that can help.
  16. From your Connection Benchmark test it definitely indicates an issue upstream from the XR, either modem or the ISP. The Ping Test is a baseline test, so it just continuously monitors your ping while it forces every device offline to see what your ping is before you do anything online. As you can see from yours it has a lot of spiking and jitter, I would definitely recommend you contact your ISP about this as that isn't normal.
  17. If you run Ping Optimizer on the app, is it able to lower the ping for you? Were you doing any Work From Home? If not disable that, it could be interfering. It is a little odd that it isn't higher, how long did you play for?

  19. Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. What router are you using and what firmware version is it on? What device and web browser are you using to access the interface?

  21. Did you do a factory reset after the upgrade? Do you have the R1 in the DMZ of your modem? What do you mean a different IP address?
