Fifa 23 - Packet loss and Jitter
Netduma Fraser replied to Oren Tasuna's topic in Netduma R2 Support
What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the R2/Asus? Is Traffic Prioritization prioritizing when you're gaming, can you see visually the packets going up? -
Wipe the browser cache/cookies, then make sure Chrome isn't forcing a connection to use HTTPS then try accessing again and see if it works
-
I'll have to pass this onto the team I think and see if they know why it would be restricting you
-
Click the 3 dots icon top right of the interface and you can upgrade from there

-
We're just fixing up the tool needed to do so, hopefully we'll be able to get an update out today but if not then tomorrow. It won't impact your ability to use the Geo-Filter to force servers though.
-
It should be working fine, could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you see when you're in a game please?

Select the manual option when adding to the Geo-Filter, alternatively give your PC a PlayStation device type in the Device Manager, then add it with the manual option. For Traffic Prioritization, DumaOS Classified Games should prioritize it automatically, if not you can add it with the CoD or Games Console service or add ports manually.

You're on the latest firmware so you don't need to update. The force update is for the cloud, currently as you know we need to do a Ping Heatmap update for the game to get it showing again properly - you don't need to do anything on your side. In regards to slow loading, make sure your web browser isn't set to force HTTPS and clear your browser cache/cookies, then load each interface page once (no need to do individual settings pages) and it should be faster then.

Hey, welcome to the forum! In a private game with opponents you can't control the server you connect to, if you're playing EU or US for example you could get put on a server quite far from you. You can still use the Geo-Filter to identify and ping the server in a private game, then compare that with the ping to the server you get when using normal matchmaking.

Problemas con los servidores de MW2
Netduma Fraser replied to Eduardo bastos's topic in Call of Duty Support
¿Podría alejar el mapa para comprobar si aparecen otros servidores? Si no, ¿puede proporcionar la identificación de ese servidor? Parece estar en la lista blanca por accidente, podemos solucionarlo. -
XR500 slow WIRED speeds
Netduma Fraser replied to Wr3cklessAnt1cs's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Ahh that's a lot better! Disable the protection options in WAN Settings and that may boost you, other than that it's likely to be the maximum you'll reach with the router -
Firmware 3.2 for XR500
Netduma Fraser replied to Stilts29's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
I would assume that's because it's a beast of a router hardware wise and so for the R2 for example you may need to throttle more aggresively than the 700 to achieve the same performance -
No you can't set it to AP mode unfortunately, only router mode. You can still use it behind an existing router and use the WiFi.

Sei davvero il benvenuto, è fantastico sentirlo, grazie per l'aggiornamento!

How does Geofilter affect Network Traffic?
Netduma Fraser replied to Chreischeib's topic in Community Discussion
Hey, welcome to the forum! So it will only filter your game traffic, web browsing won't be affected at all. General web browsing occurs on ports 80/443 and gaming occurs on ports above 1024 so there is no danger of filtering traffic that you don't want to.
