  1. Yes it's a local site so doesn't need internet to access it, to get internet you have to complete the Setup Wizard. Use 192.168.77.1 instead of dumaos to access.
  2. By accessing the interface where it asks you for the username/password that you put in that previously didn't work for you
  3. You need to complete the Setup Wizard before you're able to get internet
  4. The list of reserved IPs you have there, does that cover all the devices in your home?
  5. You would have changed the login details in the Setup Wizard previously most likely, if you can't remember what they are then you'll need to factory reset. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and you can then use the default credentials to login if prompted.
  6. Have you done a factory reset, that would most likely get it all loading again. It's important to wait a few minutes after a reset/reload so it can all load properly.
  7. Have you previously been through the setup wizard or is this your first time accessing it?
  8. If you refresh the page after that happens it should load correctly, does that work?
  9. That's the router interface, it's not a website, it is local to your router, it cannot be accessed from the internet not even by yourself - only locally. As such it isn't required to use HTTPS, there also isn't any personal information you input on the site so it's perfectly safe.
  10. Hey, welcome to the forum! Are you referring to the forum or the router interface?
  11. But you are able to access the System Information page to change the retries? When did the issue start exactly, after an upgrade, changing settings, power cut etc?
  12. Is it for the interface as a whole or specific pages? Does it happen as soon as you access the interface/a page or after changing settings for example?
  13. Hey, welcome to the forum! What firmware version are you using? What workarounds have you tried precisely?
  14. Glad to hear you managed to resolve the issue, thanks for providing an update with the solution!
  15. Until the fix is available connect your BT router, then the XR to that, input the PPPoE details into the BT router, take the WAN IP from the XR System Information page and put that in the BT router DMZ and you should be good to go.
  16. Hey, welcome to the forum! Could you disable QoS completely from the Congestion Control menu and see if that resolves it please?
  17. We are a router company with the sole purpose of helping people improve their connection, we understand why people want to circumvent SBMM but it's not something we will get involved in.
  18. I've responded in your topic, in there please also provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page.
  19. Are you not connected to the BT router currently? Using the DMZ method I mentioned would prevent a double NAT. It should be resolved in the next update, this is a workaround until that is available.
  20. What about if you use the Games Console rule for example?
  21. PPPoE will be the cause, can you have the BT router handle that instead with the XR in the DMZ of the BT router?
  22. Looks like you've assigned a different IP than it had before so reboot the router, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it still disconnects.
  23. I'll add your name to the list for when we expand the group! Unlikely to be an Open Beta but we'll monitor and if we feel that is right and Netgear agree then we might.
  24. That's good to know, the XR doesn't have the DPI update currently so that makes sense!
