Please resync the cloud from Geo-Filter, then reboot the router from the interface then wait 2 minutes, otherwise the changes may not be applied, then please test and see if it works properly then.

If you're making a rule to allow ports then it's circumventing the Geo-Filter ability to block, unless there is a specific reason you don't need to make that kind of rule - it's mostly for Parental Control.

Yeah it won't work for YouTube currently - they serve the ads using the same URL as the video so if it blocks one it blocks the other. It is something we're attempting to workaround though.

Good advice above, if that still doesn't work it might be worth setting static information on the XR WAN Settings to help point it in the right direction and see if that helps

I'm checking with the team and will get back to you asap. Game servers don't respond to traditional pings so it won't work like that, just click on it on the Geo-Filter and it should show you the ping.

Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? When you put the other router in did you need to change anything in network settings such as PPPoE/VLAN etc? Reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the XR, wait 2 minutes and see if the internet works then.

It's probably the language barrier/Google Translate that isn't helping get points across. Those are the ports the game uses and so if you want to prioritize using ports those are the ones to use - some may not prioritize much but once added you can have a look and delete the ones that don't prioritize. There are more than 16 ports technically as some are a range for example 6112-6119 so you would put 6112 as the start for destination and 6119 for the end destination. That is very odd, while you have access I would recommend signing up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ then once approved you can upgrade to the firmware there and it should be more stable

If it's resetting the internet that's okay we can work through that but does it cut off your access to the interface as well or does it let you through to the main interface?

No there isn't another way to reset it without access to the interface. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it works then.

Ah that's fair enough then, probably best to follow the advice above from Zippy and see if that improves things for you

Ping Heatmap needs to be updated as they change the servers quite often but it doesn't mean the server isn't there, you'll still be able to connect to it using the Geo-Filter

So it resets if you use the main flower, it resets when typing in the value, what about if you drag the percentage on the semi circle in the popout or type the percentage, does it still happen then?
