I'm not sure if there is a server in your region or not, if there is then it may not just be pingable at that time. Would suggest setting a schedule to see if you see the server over time.

Could you try disabling QoS completely please from the Congestion Control panel options and see if they load then?

What happens exactly do they buffer a lot or do they just not play? Are you connected directly to the 5GHz?

I've responded to your topic, lets try and get you access first and we can go from there. All you have to do for a reset is hold the reset button in the back down for 30 seconds then release. Wait a few minutes for the router to boot up. A switch is generally transparent to the router, might be possible with a managed switch perhaps if it gives devices connected to it an IP on a different subnet. Glad you're enjoying the router so far! Response from a Dev is that we will attempt to reproduce this issue on our end.

Have you enabled the Adblocker? If so that's all you need to do. It's not whitelisted but we're still looking into how to block the video ads as it is more tricky. Once we've done that we can upload the Adblocker lists remotely and you'll get the latest changes.

Filtering Mode: Restricts games based on your settings. Strict Mode enabled: Restricts both servers and peers to within your radius Strict Mode disabled: Restricts peers to within your radius but allows servers outside the radius By default Strict Mode is on to provide the most restrictive filtering.
