  1. Go to Settings on the router and you'll be able to do so from the LAN section
  2. When you do a reboot the log gets wiped along with any useful information so if it does happen again get the log before you reboot. Reboot the router from the router interface by clicking the 3 dots top right of the screen.
  3. Sorry to hear you're having this issue, did the dropout occur during this log? Did you reboot after it happened then get the log? On the LAN Settings page, set the lease hours to 168, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and then see if the disconnects reduce please
  4. Use the normal recommended settings - generally the CoDs don't change too much where different settings need to be used. Try the normal settings then tweak from there based on your experience and see what gives you the best results
  5. No improvement whatsoever in the results? Was this with Congestion Control set to Always? It's unlikely, as I mentioned previously, if your matchmaking games are fine then it doesn't look like an issue on your end and more likely something on the game side
  6. Thanks for that, I've passed it onto the team to look into. We do need to update MW2 and a few other games, can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing for a another game where it won't let you ping?
  7. Did you do the Congestion Control method I mentioned above?
  8. Could you manually ping the server showing on the third screenshot please and provide us with the ID? It's possibly a dedicated server that has been incorrectly whitelisted
  9. The in game location won't change unless you use a VPN, that's normal and you can still force servers elsewhere with your location reading the same. Could you show a screenshot of the map showing what you see when you're in a game please?
  10. Great to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update!
  11. Are you using Armor or a web browser adblocker?
  12. Not too far off, you can keep up to date with progress here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress
  13. Try this: Quit the game completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  14. Esa es la forma correcta de tratar con amigos para que puedas usar el Geo-Filtro sin bloquearlos.
  15. This is when you're in a game playing?
  16. The UK server is authentication, so won't be the game server, can you provide another screenshot of the Geo-Filter when you're in the game please?
  17. Yes believe it is outdated again, we'll get another update done asap
  18. I think based on what we've seen that most people believe it should be equal/more upload and people note a better experience when that is the case. Just the ports mentioned on the Activision site for the game, the way in which you do them though is hotly debated as you've seen. Try source 1-65535 and then the ports listed on Acti.
  19. We just need to do an update that's all - they are going out of date daily at the moment, the servers are still available to connect to on the Geo-Filter
  20. Add the ports using the advanced option instead, some prefer to use that method, maybe because the values are more aligned
  21. Are you seeing this with Classified Games, Games Consoler service and manual ports?
  22. Gracias, se lo pasaré al equipo para que investiguen.
  23. Set Congestion Control to Always, then it will apply when you're not gaming as well, see if that improves it
  24. Hey, welcome to the forum! That's a pretty good idea actually, I like that! I'll add it to our suggestions list and see if we can get it added in future.
