  1. Okay we'll have another look into this, thanks for the report!
  2. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  3. ¿Está viendo esto en el Administrador de dispositivos R2? ¿Qué dice en su lugar - 100? Si intenta con un cable diferente, ¿sigue diciendo 100 o cambia a 1000?
  4. You don't need to enter ports, Classified Games will prioritize it for you but if you look up the game online + ports they have the ports listed on their official website
  5. You don't need to do it that way, gaming barely uses any bandwidth at all so I would recommend enabling share excess, resetting Bandwidth Allocation and using Congestion Control specifically - that is the feature that will prevent you from lagging. There isn't a way to lock devices to a specific bandwidth currently.
  6. Yes that makes sense, you won't be able to get an Open NAT while using a VPN
  7. It could be within the radius and the server shown in that radius was mislocated on the map, was that what you pinged on the Geo-Filter? Are you actually located on the East Coast? I know there has been problems in the past where there has been issues trying to force west coast servers, if you are from the east or central and try to force around there does it work?
  8. Brilliant to hear that, thanks for the update!
  9. It's unlikely to be related to the router then, if you connect direct to your modem do you get the same issue? Do you have an Open NAT?
  10. It's quite possible the game was in your radius there, where were you checking the ping? Does it work more as you expect with the VPN disabled?
  11. I'm not sure if this is a network issue or not if it works one way but not another, try disabling the Geo-Filter and see if it works then
  12. Sorry about this, I haven't heard back from the team, I'll poke and prod them tomorrow!
  13. Ping Heatmap we can do a cloud update next week, that won't affect your ability to use the Geo-Filter at all. So when you're actually searching for a game can you get into a game and does it show a server within your radius when it does?
  14. You don't need to do that, the console gets the DNS from the router itself
  15. You don't need to adjust the DNS, by default it will use the DNS the ISP uses, if you want to change to another DNS have a look online for the best options
  16. No it hasn't been implemented, I'm not sure on the current status of this but I'll see if it's still on the cards.
  17. It is something that has been suggested before so it is possible we'll implement it in future
  18. In WAN Settings set NAT to Open and disable the protection options, do you see an increase then?
  19. Great to hear that works, thanks for the update!
  20. Not sure what you mean exactly but in LAN Settings on the XR set an IP reservation for the devices connected to 2.4GHz, then reboot the router, wait 2 minutes, then connect and disable the broadcast for 5GHz and see if you get the same issue please.
  21. I've added you to the XR500 beta, could you upgrade to that firmware and see if you still have the issue please? https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/
  22. Could you provide a video perhaps of what you're seeing? That will help us figure out what may be happening
  23. That's an interesting issue, we haven't seen that one before, if you give the devices connected to 2.4GHz a static/reserved IP address do they stay connected with 5GHz broadcast off?
  24. It's completely up to you, both will work fine for the console in the same way
  25. Clear your browser cache/cookies and refresh the page and see if it loads then please
