  1. Unfortunately it's not working for the R1 currently, you can see an explanation as to why from the mobile dev here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/40220-dumaos-app-not-loading/ We'll get it sorted for the next app version.
  2. Brilliant to hear that, do keep us updated!
  3. Don't worry about the speeds reported on Benchmark, they use different servers so seem to report lower for a lot of people - it won't be limiting you and looks like you're getting good speeds on other sites, disable the protection options in WAN Settings and that may boost them a bit more but other than that its likely to be the max you will achieve through the R2.
  4. After the factory reset what settings have you changed, other than disabling QoS fully or are speeds the exact same with no other settings changed? Are you restoring from a backup after a factory reset?
  5. Untick it and then set the same manual DNS you did on the device
  6. Can you clarify what you mean? Are you using the mobile app while connected to the R1?
  7. Hey, welcome to the forum! It is on our list to add, I will pass it onto the team again to see if they can add it, if you could help using the guide in the other topic we'll be able to get it supported a lot faster.
  8. It is on our list to add, if you were able to help using the guide in the first post that would really allow us to add it a lot faster
  9. Hey, welcome to the forum! Are you currently on the beta version for the 700? You will need to be for the app to work.
  12. The next firmware isn't too far off, I haven't had a chance to test whether this particular issue is fixed but I'll pass it onto the team to check.
  13. Toutes les mises à jour de progression du micrologiciel seront publiées ici : https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress
  14. Best to let Netgear figure it out I think, you've done really well to prove that there is no set way to reproduce it, well done on getting it working as well!
  15. Are you trying to use this for the R1 @Swgohlegend?
  16. It's weird given in reset 2 & 3 that you started in the same way and one caused it to break and the other didn't, which would lead me to believe there isn't necessarily one way to always reproduce it
  17. What results are you getting on speedtest.net?
  18. Okay that's all good, 70% is our recommended starting point but it won't be perfect for everyone so we do suggest experimenting based on what your experience is like. We're trying to do an update today but if not then tomorrow.
  19. Yes but you can select Normal for that which should be used for wired devices, you can also enable Apply to WAN which may provide additional benefits
  20. Once the 500 is done we can then proceed with the 700 and hopefully shouldn't be too long after
  21. Welcome to the forum! Generally we recommend doing a radius of 1000km around your location which will give you a decent amount of servers. There is one in the UK so if you just cover the south of the UK you should get a pretty good ping to that. SBMM isn't something we can advise on getting around as it's not something we can condone. Most likely you have Ping Assist enabled, if you set this to 0 this will allow you to force servers more easily. Allow/deny is primarily used for adding friends, denying servers you never want to connect to again etc - you shouldn't/don't need to use this as the primary way of filtering, if a host is outside your radius it will be blocked, if it's inside then it's allowed so set your radius accordingly for what you want to do. You can use Ping Heatmap to identify where the lowest ping servers are in relation to you, you could then go on the Geo-Filter and set the location to where you identified a particular server on Heatmap. I'm sure it would be absolutely fine but you could use TFTP to load a new firmware on during the boot process and then do a factory reset from there, that would give you the freshest install possible. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? How have you set Congestion Control?
  22. That is very strange, the way you've listed the steps you did, is that in order of when you did it?
  23. Disable the protection options in WAN settings, they can sometimes cause packets to get dropped
  24. Thanks for that, could you disable QoS from the Congestion Control menu and see whether docker can load then?
  25. As it's not available on the XR500 firmware it won't work on the app currently so you'll still need to adjust Congestion Control manually for the moment. I would recommend saturating your network with downloads, streams etc while following this guide: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping and experimenting with the Congestion Control percentages (set to Always) to find what lowers the ping as much as possible.
