It is indeed located in Italy, could you just do a factory reset and see if the issue still occurs please?
-
The tests on the router do the test from the router itself to those servers whereas with speedtest.net it's doing it from your device to the server and as you're unable to do a wired speedtest and forced to do WiFi that's why it will be a bit lower. Go with the highest number as that's what the router is actually receiving.
-
Could you provide the ID specifically as the domain name won't always be the correct endpoint
-
Yeah just any ID that's showing this lower ping than you expect
-
The further DumaOS advances the harder it becomes to get it supported on the R1 but we're doing everything we can. In terms of hardware though it definitely should be upgraded if you need better hardware e.g for AC/AX WiFi.

Estamos haciendo versiones para él, así que sí, recibirás una actualización este año.
-
Could you provide the ID for that specific server please? It may be mislocated on the map.

We've not specifically tested the game but it may work right away, with the Nintendo Switch added are you able to filter?

Optimal settings for ps5 and spectrum internet
Netduma Fraser replied to RogueFpv80's topic in Call of Duty Support
If your setup is modem/router > XR then it's the modem LAN to XR WAN. If you setup is modem/router > XR > another router then it's the modem LAN to XR WAN and XR LAN to the other router WAN. You don't need to disable DHCP in either scenario. -
Routerlogin.net or the IP address are usually the ones we recommend to use
-
It doesn't matter which auth server you connect to, you should still be able to find games in the US with an EU auth server being used
-
What are you seeing when trying to access, that disconnect message? If so are you trying to access using routerlogin.net? If you are then use the IP instead
-
Probably one that we have yet to add, you can deny it if you wish but it'll probably mean you won't get a game
-
Reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then access and it should work correctly again
-
Can't really share anything at the moment but we'll show it off as soon as we can!

some problems XR500
Netduma Fraser replied to Wantox81's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Very strange, did you try the above methods? -
Just to clarify your issues: You're getting the Rapp not loaded message? Is this on all pages or specific pages? Bufferbloat - you didn't actually mention the issue you were having with this, could you expand please or is this the WiFi issue you're referring to? WiFi goes laggy/slow The further back in firmware you go the more likely you are to have issues so best to stay on the latest or the old beta for the moment. Yes there will be new firmware coming that should be more stable. Try this for your WiFi issue specifically: While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi radios entirely from the Advanced WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi radios, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if they appear and if it's more stable from then on.

If your settings haven't changed and the experience differs then the constant is unlikely to be the cause and more likely the servers that you connect to that change and experience differences in load. We're still working on improving that currently so probably best to use manual currently.
-
What we're working on goes beyond that and should give much better performance!
-
It's definitely just authentication and blocking it would prevent you getting a game but try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.

Xr500 problema QOS upload
Netduma Fraser replied to herbert's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Hola, te he dado acceso al foro beta para que pruebes el firmware allí pero también para que cuando se resuelva puedas probarlo rápidamente. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/ -
We're working on some big changes to QoS at the moment so once available it would be good to see what people think then!
