  1. Hey, welcome to the forum! This is exactly what Congestion Control was designed to prevent - devices being able to saturate the network and impact other devices so the best way to combat this is to reduce the Congestion Control slider for Upload to say 70%, see if that improves it for you. There isn't a way to currently limit one device without limiting other devices at the same time but it has been suggested before so it's possible that will be implemented in the future.
  2. Nice to see you again, hope you're doing well, I'll get you added to the list!
  3. I'll add you to the list as well!
  4. I'll add you to the list!
  5. I'll add your name to the list!
  6. Great news! Don't deny the peer, that is your game server, it is a server based game so any peers you see on the map when playing are likely to be the servers. You can also tell by the domain name, choopa is a dedicated server.
  7. Hey, welcome to the forum! Once you've been added to the group you'll see a new sub forum on the main page and you can then download it from there.
  8. Are ALL devices connected to the R2 or do you have some still connected to the BT hub? Reduce your radius to just cover the UK server, is your ping lower then?
  9. Hey, welcome to the forum! I'll add you to the list.
  10. Okay no worries, thanks for the report, I'll pass it onto the team to get an update out!
  11. Yes because QoS won't actually be active when you're testing, you need to test using Always, then you can switch back to Auto Enable once you've found a good percentage. Could you resync the heatmap cloud and see if it appears then please?
  12. That's good progress! Maybe restart the one getting the error and double check the port forward rule for it as well
  13. Just as a potential solution, have a search online regarding the browser you're using and see if you can change the timeout value on that, it's possible the browser would be timing out before the interface would
  14. No there isn't unfortunately, it should last a gaming session at the very least and then just click an option and it should stay signed in
  15. Great keep us posted! Yes both UDP and TCP
  16. Yes so 1 will have 3074, another 3075, another 3076, another 3077, another 3078
  17. Set one console to open port 3074 and the other to open 3075. Power them both off, power on the 3074 console then power on the 3075 console, do they both get an Open NAT then?
  18. If you factory reset the router, then don't change anything after completing the wizard and just add your device and do the steps to add, do they appear then?
  19. Hello, welcome to the forum! I'll add you to the list!
  20. Okay so there shouldn't be anything blocked at all when you add a friend, can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please just so I can double check everything?
  21. Is that server inside or outside your radius or does it have a white circle around it?
  22. Is there any server active on the map when you're in the lobby with friends?
  23. While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi radios entirely from WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if it conncts and if it's more stable from then on.
  24. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Could you disable the Adblocker on the R2 please and see if that resolves the issue?
  25. If game servers appear then connections aren't being restricted or anything like that so I don't think it will be an issue on your side, when you invite them to a game with the Geo-Filter disabled do you see anything appear on the map at all, even if it is a server?
