Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
That one is an anomaly, you can ignore that one, it won't be an actual player/server -

Hey, welcome to the forum! This is very unlikely, the majority of our customers don't have connections that would allow them to benefit from this, thereby pushing up the cost unnecessarily. We've always tried to keep our routers around the same price to it is accessible to the majority.

5 second ‘disconnect’ after 10pm?
Netduma Fraser replied to banjo22's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
So the connection re-establishes itself automatically without a reboot or anything like that? If you haven't rebooted since the disconnect could you grab the log file from the System Information page on the router and post it here, that should give us an indication of what is happening. What router is it you're using? -
Happy New Year! There isn't much more that I can say really. We are doing a closed beta test of an XR500 firmware and will be opening that up a little, once we're happy with that we can get it released or a version with fixes released then it won't be much longer for the 700. We know it's been awhile and people want it so we're doing our best to get it out.

Once back in the office next week we'll be able to do an update -
I'll check with the team on this, as you know we are working on DPI and have some good systems in place now to do this more efficiently!

Firmware 3.2 for XR500
Netduma Fraser replied to Stilts29's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Assuming the beta goes well it won't be far off -
Couldn't say at the moment, we would do a staggered roll out at first
-
Latest public release yes, check the home page of the forum for the latest. You're very welcome!
-
If there is no Wireguard option on the XR500 then it will not work, the option has to be there.

Okay thanks for letting us know, we'll do a cloud update as soon as we can -
Not currently no. Yeah make a new topic and include the configs you're using and we can take a look.
-
We haven't specifically tested that provider but it should as long as the template above is followed. It will get the DPI cloud update yes.

You're already approved, you don't get an email when it's done but take a look on the main forum and you'll now see the Early Access section -
Welcome R2 owners! We want your feedback!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Netduma R2 Support
@JustinCase I'd recommend signing up for Early Access and then once approved try the firmware there as we have made fixes and improvements so it would be good to see you still have that issue and if it is the devs can rule out things more easily with you on the latest. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ -

@JustinCase I'd recommend signing up for Early Access and then once approved try the firmware there as we have made fixes and improvements so specifically DNS was something we worked on so it would be good to see if that's still the case and if it is the devs can rule out things more easily with you on the latest. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
