You don't have to disable it but if you're wanting to experiment to get the best experience then it is a good option to try as you wouldn't see a big negative impact

Are you able to access the interface and see whether the new IP appears on the Device Manager?

When the IPs change, do they stop getting internet and are you unable to access the R2 interface? You would have to check the repeater manual but unlikely or options would be limited.

Could you ping the server in the US please and provide a screenshot of the ping panel?

Are you using the Priority Boost option on the app for the console? That means most likely that you have deleted a device from the Device Manager that was added to Traffic Prioritization. If you connect it back to the router, give it the same name and device type then the error will disappear.

Most likely other devices were added so it auto redistributed or, you can allocation to other devices which then redistributed the allocation for other devices

Clear your browser cache/cookies, then reboot the router from the interface wait 2 minutes then access and it should load

What is your region and what servers are you trying to force?

There are broad percentages you haven't tried, you should go in 10% invertals, then when you get some good results go 5% either side of that number and doing that you can fine tune it. DHCP is fine, it doesn't make a difference. Don't deny the peers, they're probably servers, it is a server based game, also don't use the Geo-Filter for private games.
