Could you provide the logs when you get the disconnects please? You mentioned it's when in a game, are you just getting kicked or are devices losing internet?

Did you do the WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that then?

The point of it is to raise the ping to absorb any fluctuations/jitter/spikes in the connection, if you don't have that then it might be why that's happening so you're better off with it disabled

The DMZ is usually in Security/LAN/WAN settings, see if you can find it there, it may also be called exposed host

Do you have the Xbox out of the DMZ now?

You put the WAN IP of the R3 which you can find on the R3 Settings > WAN page. You don't put the 192.168.77.1 IP in.

For not being able to access, the team are asking: While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter, does the 192.168.77.1 IP show for the gateway? Are devices receiving the normal 192.168.77.x IP addresses? What lights are lit up on the router? Is it always only a reboot that fixes the issue?

You're welcome! You don't really need to limit the speeds in that way, you could just experiment with the Congestion Control percentages more and achieve the same results most likely. 70% is our recommended starting point but doesn't work for everyone. Is the 14ms just your normal average or average under load? DNS wouldn't make a difference.

What options does it have for DMZ? MAC Address? or does it not have a DMZ function? Alternatively it may have a modem/bridge mode that could be used

No worries! On the modem itself is it showing the R2 as a connected device with an IP?

Sounds counter intuitive but try disabling SmartBOOST and see if it is better. Add lists to Adblocker with HTTP not HTTPS and they should work
