  1. Try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  2. I was under the impression it was the above, that makes sense right? However, no, apparently it does apply to all devices and I have no idea why that decision was made. I am trying to get that changed.
  3. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  4. In theory you shouldn't need to use their router no, if you needed VLAN you wouldn't have internet without it. Even with QoS fully disabled does the upload not move at all? If you use the Verizon router MAC address and set DumaOS to use that instead does that work better when just using ONT and router?
  5. Try the beta and see if that works better for you https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
  6. The Geo-Filter shows you what servers are available, we don't need to add anything for you to connect to them, unless they are mislocated - in which case you would still connect to them with it disabled we can't force you somewhere that is unavailable to play on
  7. Okay interesting, never seen anyone report higher speeds with IPv6 enabled, we'll have to look into that. We do have some improvements to IPv6 in the next one which shouldn't be too far off so hopefully that resolves it for you.
  8. What speed test are you testing the R3 with, the V speed test? What about speedtest.net?
  9. I don't want to promise anything but I would say it's very likely to be more updates than that
  10. This will be fixed in the next version but disable IPv6 in LAN & WAN and see if that helps at all
  11. If you go through it again and just leave the credentials as the defaults will that let you continue?
  12. You can look at the return policy here: netduma.com/terms
  13. Okay that's fine so if you continue and get into a game do you get a game within your radius?
  14. I've heard in the past that it can help but I wouldn't suggest it generally
  15. Are you unplugging the modem at all by any chance?
  16. DNS doesn't really make a difference for gaming but 1.1.1.1 primary & 1.0.0.1 secondary is a good option
  17. Likely the servers there are not always available then as without the Geo-Filter you're not restricting the search!
  18. Bizarre! If it happens again block it and you should be able to figure out what it is.
  19. Are you actually in a game in this screenshot?
  20. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  21. From what I can see it's a Unicast device, most likely smart, e.g. a lightbulb, does that ring a bell? If you block it on the Device Manager some device will stop working as it should
  22. Do you get them with the Geo-Filter disabled but where you can still see and ping the servers?
  23. We can take a look, do you get a fast game there without the Geo-Filter enabled?
  24. What's the MAC address? I'll have a look, you can PM it
