It is unlikely the beta version we post will be made an official public version, at least not for awhile. Even though it may be the last firmware with feature additions we do still intend on providing bug fixes where possible after that. I do understand peoples frustration and I do what I can to push for updates but I'm limited on what I can do in that regard unfortunately.

Do you only see this issue in private matches or through matchmaking as well? -
Disable the Geo-Filter then reboot the game, does it appear open then? If not then you will likely need to use Port Forwarding to get it to open

XR 500 - Poor benchmarks
Netduma Fraser replied to leeb123's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
If you don't know what they are then you don't have them as they would have required you to enter them manually. Let us know how you get on. -
There is no difference in the options, it will still work. How do you have the Geo-Filter setup exactly?
-
Are you referring to Bandwidth Allocation? You don't need to give that much to gaming, it barely uses 1Mbps. What are your Congestion Control and Traffic Prioritization settings specifically?

Server very bad in Warzone Urzikstan
Netduma Fraser replied to Ziopera1990's topic in Call of Duty Support
You won't get perfect games every time as there are a lot of variables, some of which are outside your control. Do you notice having a better experience during peak/non peak times? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode -
1 week with the netduma r3 impression
Netduma Fraser replied to akuma7's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It won't be pushed to the router but I'll make a post for it, sending it to everyone who wants it personally would take a long time -
Great to hear that, thanks for the update!

That is a bit strange. Merge the WiFi, reboot the router from the interface, wait a few minutes, access, split the bands, change the names of both, reboot from the interface, wait a few minutes then see if they show up correctly
-
You will still see both IPs, that is normal, it doesn't mean you're double NATd just that you're using 2 routers. If you check your NAT on the game what does it show?

Bufferbloat and in game stutter with R3
Netduma Fraser replied to Aylinka's topic in Netduma R3 Support
The issue is fixed for the next firmware. It will be tested today and assuming everything is okay I'll allow people to try it out tomorrow. -
It's likely in your spam/junk folder but if not email [email protected] and we can let you know whether the order was successful

XR1000 Login Page issues
Netduma Fraser replied to Zordrak's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Does this work laptop have a VPN that you need to be connected to all the time? If so that is probably why. If you disable that I suspect it'll load correctly. -
Copy the R3 WAN IP from Settings > WAN then access the Sky Hub interface and paste the IP into its DMZ function
-
Have you gone above and below 70? What is the lowest value you've tried?

Netduma Fraser replied to akuma7's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It could be the CPU issue potentially causing that, the update which I should be able to provide people tomorrow will fix that -
Alright guys this topic is getting a little heated so I'm going to close it. A new update is being compiled currently, it'll get tested a little bit more, if everything looks okay I'll allow people to try it out tomorrow.

I think it's likely related to an issue we are aware of so with the next version it should be improved, once released let us know how you get on.

For the DMZ, copy the WAN IP from Settings > WAN on the R3 then access your ISP modem/router and enter it into the DMZ function there. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work better then.

You can't remove it if it's online because the device would still be connected

I appreciate everyone is anxious for an update to come out to fix any issues they're having, I would be the same way too honestly. Asking everyday what's happening won't get it out faster and you'll get the same answer. I'm chasing updates all the time and pushing to get them out as soon as possible so rest assured you don't need to ask, when it is ready you will know about it one way or another.
