  1. It's better to have a higher ping and a low jitter, puts you more in sync with the server
  2. That'll be why it's raising it by that level then. I can request what you've asked for but I think they would say the same as me. That sounds like a mislocated server potentially, if you provide the ID we can get that moved easily.
  3. On the port forwarding page, port forward port 3074 to the PS, then do another one for port 3075 to the PC. Like this:
  4. Take it out of bridge and put the XR WAN IP in its DMZ instead, does it work then?
  5. You have to be the host for the Geo-Filter to work properly in that situation as they can connect to everything and you can only connect to servers within your radius. If you're host it will prioritize what you can connect to
  6. Have you set the DMZ on the R3? If so that'll be why you can't add the ports. If you played different games that could be an indication of why it switched to UDP
  7. Is that ping stable though or is it fluctuating up towards 45ms?
  8. Set a static IP there on the PC and set the same static IP for the PC on the R3, that way the PC should never try to get another and they'll match
  9. What does the Geo-Filter ping say its stabilized at?
  10. That'll be why you're getting it then but the login box should always appear when you try to access. Could you try holding down the reset button fully for 1 minute, wait 4 minutes then access and after you've completed the setup wizard see if it behaves normally please?
  11. It can be 5-10 depending on the level of fluctuation in your ping
  12. I'm not sure it'll work that way as it's upstream, if you try it the other way, PC2 to PC1 does that work?
  13. Some servers can be quite difficult to force depending on the time of day, if you try during peak times can you get it more often?
  14. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  15. There will be yes at a later date, we don't have an ETA
  16. Give the router a reboot then disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN and see if that helps. A fix will be in the next version.
  17. Checking NAT on multiple devices it's common for one to be open and the other not. Port forward port 3074 for one device then 3075 for the other device and should both appear open then
  18. Are you checking this on the Geo-Filter? If you cover it with your radius are you able to connect to it? You won't always see it
  19. As well as the above where are you testing, on the router itself or on Ookla for example?
  20. The router will help you connect to the servers/players close to you yes which would keep your ping down
  21. Is it actually showing the ping as having been stabilized? If not then it won't be applying
  22. Priority traffic as in Traffic Prioritization? What rules have you added there? Depending on the traffic that would be normal. What rules have you added? If just a gaming rule when you're not gaming it'll stop prioritizing. It might be if you put your gaming platforms in instant on/standby modes that it's struggling to determine when it is back online. For the interface, are you using Armor? If you clear cache/cookies and reload each page once it should be faster. Also make sure you're accessing using HTTP not HTTPS.
  23. Could you try disabling QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu and see if it works then please?
