  1. What percentage are you using for upload and what results is it giving you? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  2. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? What speeds do you actually pay for/receive?
  3. File sharing/having it as a NAS has actually been requested so we'll look into it!
  4. Make the IPv6 work then grab the logs from the System Information page when it stops working please and I can see if there is anything in there that points to the issue
  5. What do you get using the same devices but with 5GHz?
  6. Are you leaving your console in an instant on/standby state? If so power it off fully then on then check again please
  7. Try the 6to4 tunnel and see if that works, does auto detect not do it at all? Is the XR in the DMZ on the Starlink router?
  8. You can enable OFDMA yes and that might improve it, otherwise ensure there aren't any wireless devices e.g. headphones etc in close proximity to the router as that could influence it. That 350 is going to be about the max for 2.4 in perfect scenario so if you want better speeds on wifi definitely use 5GHz
  9. Okay thanks, I'll get the team to reproduce that
  10. Check the IP address of your gaming device on the device itself, then check the Device Manager for the device you think it is, do the IPs match? The CPU will be fine but a reboot will bring it down if you're worried it's affecting you. We're aware of the visual high usage statement and will sort that.
  11. It still works for 2.4GHz! 5GHz will always be better for speed though
  12. This is likely a cache issue, clear browser cache and refresh and you should see them
  13. How old are both devices? AX WiFi would help you here I think so should be enabled
  14. That's all you need, you don't need LAN IPv6 - LAN IPv6 is just a way to assign local private addresses to devices so IPv4 is fine for that. If you then do an IPv6 test does it work?
  15. Okay interesting, could you just provide some reproducible steps I can pass to the team?
  16. You wouldn't be able to do that without Congestion Control available to use
  17. External power right now but I think we do have some ideas for it
  18. I don't think the XR1000 has HybridVPN currently so that wouldn't be possible, should be coming in the next version
  19. I believe you're referring to the 1 post yesterday which one user said they do to ensure the lowest CPU usage possible, not necessary or required, simply what they like to do. What features stop working after awhile?
  20. In that case it's likely the server we have hardcoded on the router that is no longer available, I'll get the team to resolve it for the next version
  21. I'll get the team to do an update, you'll still be able to connect to them on the Geo-Filter if they are available.
