  1. Fair enough if that's what you want to do that's totally understandable, firmware shouldn't be far off. What do you see exactly when you try to access the interface?
  2. As you know I don't/can't provide any ETAs, once it is ready it will be made available.
  3. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.
  4. Do try the above but also how do you have Congestion Control/SmartBOOST set?
  5. 1% or less is within normal parameters, do you notice any issues along side it? Is it only in the game you have packet loss?
  6. Interesting, factory reset after .41 and then try - not had anyone else report this. Router doesn't matter when it comes to being banned, it'll likely be the one internet falls into an IP range that is automatically blocked. If you PM me your public IP address on the blocked internet I'll have a look and see if I can unblock it.
  7. If you set RGB Game mode to inactive after you have finished does it stop then? Does it stop if you unplug the PS5 from power/shut it down fully?

  10. I'm not sure how many EE customers we actually have on this forum so might be best to also make a post over on their community as I'm sure a few of them will have come from Virgin and provide a good comparison.

  13. Usually if a game isn't there it's because we haven't specifically tested it - I know BF has a browser based system so it makes the Geo less needed but I will request it!
  14. I'm not sure why you've said we're ignoring you, by all accounts you only contacted us 2 hours ago via forum/email and twitter. The confirmation email is likely in your spam/junk folder. How have you been scammed exactly? You've paid for the product and it is being delivered to you. The only money given to DHL is the payment for shipping.
  15. Could be the specific server you were playing on experiencing high load, if you force another, even slightly further away do you get the same issue?
  16. Best thing to do is get it and try it out, every setup/situation is different so you won't know if it works properly for you until you try it. If it doesn't then you can send it back. There is unlikely to be any future feature updates but will get some bug updates.
  17. That's not really what the logs are for/reflect, what is your ping to the game? Was it fluctuating/spiking at all?
  18. Great to hear, thanks for the update! The server in the US is an authentication server, the game server is the one in your radius - the biggest icon on the map is the host.

  21. I'm saying I don't think it will help much as the Geo-Filter itself doesn't lower ping, it helps you get closer servers which will have a lower ping but as there aren't many servers there it may not help much. It does have Ping Heatmap yes.
  22. Sorry that was for a different router, you can ignore that: On both devices disable "Limit IP Address Tracking" and see if that helps. Also are they using the Apple private relay?
  23. It is an issue we know about and a fix will be in the next version. You can try the above, also disabling SmartBOOST fully can help from reports we've had. It shouldn't be too much longer for an update.
  24. We know what the issue is and it will be fixed for the next version. In the meantime disable IPv6 in LAN & WAN Settings and see if that helps prevent it
