  1. Could you try the suggestion above and see if that changes? What settings are you making exactly and how, what device/web browser/app etc
  2. No I doubt that'd work, you'd have a ridiculously high ping, I assume you want to get around SBMM which isn't something we can assist you with. The speed when using the VPN on the router is limited, so apply it to specific ports/services so the VPN still applies to the device and for things like YouTube it can get full speed using your normal connection.
  3. I believe it's to do with SmartBOOST and or IPv6 being enabled, disabling these seems to help it not happen as much, it's something we're looking into. Another user commented about the app that in Settings on your phone for the apps you need to give it local network privilege, does that work?
  4. You'll need to use port forwarding on the R3 then for your PC and you should then be able to get an Open NAT
  5. You shouldn't reload the save files, also that's not the correct feature, you want Traffic Prioritization on the QoS page
  6. There is nothing really game specific you need to do, just ensure you've got Congestion Control set, SmartBOOST set to boost your game and use the Geo-Filter to force the closest servers to you
  7. As above so no it wouldn't. Gaming barely uses any bandwidth, just because you assign it more won't make the game use it because bandwidth speed isn't required for gaming, it's about the latency
  8. It has been suggested so its on the list for potential future inclusion
  9. It wasn't covered in this version so still being worked on That'll be it then, we'll be working on boosting the speed with PPPoE where possible
  10. Ahh that's a good shout @DARKNESS, does that work for you @Khalid?
  11. Great to hear, thanks for showing your experience!
  12. Any Traffic Prioritization rules enabled active or not can impact those tests, that's why we always recommend disabling them completely, it's just due to the way those tests work
  13. That is the correct app version, if you use the QR code method instead does that work?
  14. It might be due to PPPoE, do you have the ability to use another router to handle it to check? Are you using PPPoE?
  15. Ah that's a shame, if you can get the log when possible that would be great
  16. Okay as long as it is prioritizing that's good, I'll let the team know the dashboard isn't updating properly in this scenario
  17. Thanks for letting us know, we didn't specifically fix it for that version so it'll be done for the next one hopefully
  18. In some cases you have the same source port to different destinations, 3478 - 3479 for example indicates a range, not source to destination. 3074 should be used for one device and 3075 for the other, you've used both for one device. Leave UPnP enabled and just do two port forwarding rules, 3074 for one and 3075 for the other, keep UPnP enabled.
  19. Are you accessing the interface using HTTPS at all? Do you have Armor enabled?
  20. Also it will still go up high, it doesn't mean it'll stay low constantly, based on usage and things it will fluctuate but should not be hitting 100 consistently.
  21. It's not interfering with QoS, it's throwing off the test, they could have changed the ports they use to test for example.
  22. If you can't get it direct then you wouldn't be able to get it through the router unfortunately
  23. The version should be 1.2.10 do you see that?
  24. What is the version number of the app? You should find this in your phone settings for the app
  25. Is the phone directly connected to the R3 WiFi?
