  1. It has been suggested so its on the list for potential future inclusion
  2. It wasn't covered in this version so still being worked on That'll be it then, we'll be working on boosting the speed with PPPoE where possible
  3. Ahh that's a good shout @DARKNESS, does that work for you @Khalid?
  4. Great to hear, thanks for showing your experience!
  5. Any Traffic Prioritization rules enabled active or not can impact those tests, that's why we always recommend disabling them completely, it's just due to the way those tests work
  6. That is the correct app version, if you use the QR code method instead does that work?
  7. It might be due to PPPoE, do you have the ability to use another router to handle it to check? Are you using PPPoE?
  8. Ah that's a shame, if you can get the log when possible that would be great
  9. Okay as long as it is prioritizing that's good, I'll let the team know the dashboard isn't updating properly in this scenario
  10. Thanks for letting us know, we didn't specifically fix it for that version so it'll be done for the next one hopefully
  11. In some cases you have the same source port to different destinations, 3478 - 3479 for example indicates a range, not source to destination. 3074 should be used for one device and 3075 for the other, you've used both for one device. Leave UPnP enabled and just do two port forwarding rules, 3074 for one and 3075 for the other, keep UPnP enabled.
  12. Are you accessing the interface using HTTPS at all? Do you have Armor enabled?
  13. Also it will still go up high, it doesn't mean it'll stay low constantly, based on usage and things it will fluctuate but should not be hitting 100 consistently.
  14. It's not interfering with QoS, it's throwing off the test, they could have changed the ports they use to test for example.
  15. If you can't get it direct then you wouldn't be able to get it through the router unfortunately
  16. The version should be 1.2.10 do you see that?
  17. What is the version number of the app? You should find this in your phone settings for the app
  18. Is the phone directly connected to the R3 WiFi?
  19. If you use the simple method for SmartBOOST so it's just enable/disable does it work better then?
  20. You can absolutely set it up the way you described and the Geo-Filter will still work well!
  21. As in you tried to update and you got the error and then rebooting and updating worked? Are you using the Geo-Filter? If so do you notice any spikes on the ping shown there? Yes it should function like the normal filter essentially. Check SmartBOOST isn't prioritizing something else at the time or whether Congestion Control is heavily throttling you. This is a support forum so you will only see issues posted here unfortunately, compared to the customer base it's a small percentage. How are you rebooting exactly? What settings are reverting? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode It's the same as the previous version really but you can just adjust Congestion Control manually which is what Ping Optimizer does. Unlikely, it'll take a couple of days at least I suspect. Good to know! More work will be done on PO, it wasn't a focus for this update
  22. Are you referring to Bandwidth Allocation and the Network Monitor? Bandwidth Allocation doesn't prioritize a device, you're just allocating bandwidth, by default devices can still use bandwidth if they don't have an allocation. Gaming also doesn't use much bandwidth, setting it to 100 won't make it use any more than is needed. For the Network Monitor, you'll still see devices using the internet but as you've done a Traffic Prioritization rule your console will be prioritized above everything else.
  23. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.
  24. It has been requested so it will likely come in future, I will ask the team to see if they can get it in the next one if it's a small job.
