As above, for future reference the firmware is generally always pinned to the top of the relevant support section
-
Good advice above, just make sure you factory reset after the upgrade has completed
-
No UPnP does it automatically, do you see any entries on the UPnP table when playing?

Things that need to be addressed a.s.a.p !
Netduma Fraser replied to bcoe30's topic in Netduma R3 Support
As mentioned in the firmware topic, not everything will have been fixed, only what was mentioned in the change log, we're still working on the other aspects that have been reported so far. More fixes will be coming. -
If it was DHCP WiFi devices would go off also, could you provide the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced please if it happens again?
-
Upgrade again, then reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes and see if you get internet then. Do you have speed test bypass enabled/disabled? There is an issue on PC & Xbox that we know of for Fortnite preventing logging into the game so it could be related potentially, do you experience it on any other game?
-
That's great to hear, we're sure you'll love it!
-
Well to be fair they had less than 24 hours to try it, I released it earlier than we would have usually due to growing impatience for the update. We know exactly what the issue is at we previously fixed it so won't take long to resolve.
-
I'll get the team to push another update
-
Okay good to know, the team are aware that more work needs to be done on it so probably one of the next firmware versions it'll be improved
-
As in for Ping Heatmap? I'll get the team to do a cloud update for it

Prioritize efootball 2024 in netduma r2
Netduma Fraser replied to ahdilsoufiane001's topic in Community Discussion
DumaOS Classified Games should take care of it but if not you can just add the PS5 to Traffic Prioritization with the Games Console service -
R3 Stuck on bootlop first time booting
Netduma Fraser replied to DARKNESS's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Thanks, I'll pass it onto the team. For expert it's the target ping so this should be set to a little above what your average ping is, as you have it set to below your average this is probably why -
My settings for Good Hit detection MW3 <R3 Router
Netduma Fraser replied to Spritekid242's topic in Call of Duty Support
It's under Prioritized Traffic, shown under automatic allocation. Okay so it is prioritizing then, we just need to get the counter on the dashboard fixed. Using this guide while saturating your connection with downloads and experimenting with the percentages would allow you to reach the best results. https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping- 194 replies

Mobile games cause that gaming activity counter to increase? Have you made any port forwarding rules for the console or put it in the DMZ etc?
-
Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ You're going to get different results using WiFi as the test works based off the device so best to do it from a wired PC if possible

Have you ever been able to get IPv6 working on the R3 so far?
-
Have you disabled UPnP at all? As above on this version I've seen it showing ports being opened correctly

I feel like i'm 1s behind everybody
Netduma Fraser replied to Ganerineur's topic in Call of Duty Support
Do you get the same issue direct to the modem? -
We may need to update the classification then, in the meantime prioritize by device instead and it will prioritize the game
-
I have already passed this onto the team actually so they should get that resolved
-
Alright keep us posted!
