  1. Saturate your connection with downloads while following this guide: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control (set on Always), say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  2. Zoom out, do you see any other icons when that happens that are allowed?
  3. The Congestion Control aspect will resolve that so you'll need to experiment with the percentages to find what works best - 70% doesn't work for everyone
  4. As above, also I'm not sure what you mean regarding IP from Sony and IP from the router, can you clarify?
  5. When you then complete the setup what then happens when you go back to the adv page, takes you back to setup again? When did this first occur, after anything specific?
  6. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see on the Geo-Filter when this server appears please?
  7. Yeah I understand that, right at the start it will use a server to ensure you're connected to the online service, if that is blocked then it may result in the issue you're seeing. So just to double check, if you disable the Geo-Filter does it allow you on?
  8. So you're actually getting a game outside the radius and it's showing on the map blocked but you're playing?
  9. It's just a test to see whether that resolves the issue. If it does then it is likely a necessary server is being blocked that you can then look out for and add to your allow list to prevent it in future so you can re-enable the filter.
  10. Ah that's great to hear, thanks for the update and solution!
  11. No you don't need to do that. It will still try to connect to servers outside your radius but they'll be blocked and then should go within your radius. If you're just covering the one server expand it to include at least one more and it'll speed up the search.
  12. With the Geo-Filter off do you see the same behavior?
  13. Do you see any icons on the map at all when playing? Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  14. Uninstall the app then reinstall it and see if it works then please
  15. There isn't one really that suits it best so pick any, now you know what channels are allowed make sure you don't use any ones not listed there
  16. So the ping on Geo and in game do match? There should be a UK server so you should get a much better result I would have thought. If you connect PS5 direct to the modem and play what ping do you get then?
  17. I asked the team about this, we don't collect tons of data, it's more like what feature is clicked on the most etc. It doesn't add anything to the workload of the router. Doesn't help with bugs.
  18. Do you keep the PS5 in an instant on/standby mode and do you leave the game on so when you go on the console and go on the game it basically skips the initial loading?
  19. In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  20. That looks like a pure modem (no WiFi) so you can ignore what I mentioned above. What ping are you seeing on average on the Geo-Filter and in game?
  21. Looks like you're trying to use routerlogin as the address, use http://192.168.77.1 and it'll work
  22. Factory reset it from the adv_index.htm URL you're using or do so using the physical button on the router. Then wait 4 minutes and try accessing normally, if you're able to get through then after that go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  23. I can't actually find anything on what SA allows/doesn't, they may have the information on your government website, in which case if you find that you can compare it with what is allowed for other countries/regions: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels and then choose the country/region that is similar to what your country allows.
  24. As above, leaving it blank will automatically use what your ISP/modem sets
  25. Which router are you using and what firmware version is it on? What is the model of the modem/router the DumaOS router is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the DumaOS router? E.g. DumaOS router in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode How do you have Congestion Control and Geo-Filter set?
