  1. It would need to be an app update
  2. Are you trying to block ads with the Adblocker or block it using internet rules as a parental control type situation? What firmware version are you on currently?
  3. What settings are using to try to get an Open NAT? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  4. Great to hear that! What phone are you using specifically?
  5. I think you're referring to this: Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  6. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  7. Any luck with .41 so far?
  8. Thank you for letting us know, I'll pass it onto the team to look into.
  9. You're on the Early Access firmware which is different from the public version. Can you provide a screenshot of how you have the Geo-Filter page setup please?
  10. That's great to hear, thanks for the update so far!
  11. It looks like we allowed it because its an auth server but you shouldn't be getting it necessarily. Where you in a game at the time of this screenshot?
  12. As above we released a new one publicly!
  13. No not specifically - anything that's not in the changelog will not have been specifically fixed but do try it and let us know if you're still experiencing it.
  14. If you're using an iPhone go to Settings > Privacy & Security> Local Network and make sure the app has access and see if it works then please
  15. Have you connected to the router and gone through the Setup Wizard? You will need to do that before you get internet
  16. Let us know if .41 helped with your issue please
  17. As above, we're looking into it and will sort out a fix for a firmware update
  18. Please email [email protected] and we'll get you sorted
  19. Are you having this same issue on .41?
  20. Email [email protected] and we'll get you sorted
  21. Adblocker > Adblocker lists > Add list > paste into URL Say you wanted to use this one: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hagezi/dns-blocklists/main/hosts/ultimate.txt change the https at the start to http instead
  22. That makes sense as the device will have a different MAC address for that connection method, so the router essentially sees it as a completely new device
  23. Please email [email protected] regarding this and we can get you sorted
  24. Okay so if it does have the functionality of WiFi even though its disabled does that mean you can't access its interface at all? Does your public IP stay the same enough for you to set this as static WAN details on the R3?
