  1. You just need to add the device once, even if it shows as inactive you should still see icons on the map. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Polygon Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. The order confirmation with the order number is likely in your spam/junk folder. You can see the return policy at netduma.com/terms
  2. What is the exact interface URL you're trying to access with?
  3. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  4. What firmware version are you on currently?
  5. Don't think I've seen this one before, if you clear your browser cache/cookies does it then load properly?
  6. You could try something like this https://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us/articles/202118518-Optimizing-Ethernet-Adapter-Settings-for-Maximum-Performance
  7. If you give the router a reboot from the interface they should all be able to connect again
  8. What game is it you're trying to filter exactly and how did you add the PC to be filtered?
  9. The best thing to do is engage in support with us, just because you're having an issue doesn't mean everyone is having it and that a firmware fix is on the way. If you're getting disconnects that often please provide the logs from the interface when it happens. Do you have Adblocker enabled? If so disable that and see if the web pages load faster then please.
  10. Just like what you did with Congestion Control for download do the same with the Upload percentage until you get as close to 0 as possible.
  11. Once we're happy with how it is on the R3 we'll then port it to the R2. This will ensure a better porting process and end result for the R2 once done.
  12. What is the ping as shown by the Geo-Filter and in game? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How have you setup the Geo-Filter/SmartBOOST/Congestion Control?
  13. I heard that NG are wanting to release it officially at some point but it'll essentially be the same firmware, probably with a few security updates
  14. You could do that, less work for the router to do I suppose. Are you unplugging the router? If devices are being connected to it then it will update the allocations. Not particularly, you just need to upgrade to the intermediary firmware then the beta version or intermediary > beta RC10 > beta RC14. Shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes
  15. What do you mean it feels like it's restricting your internet? Is a speed test reflecting that behavior? We'll have a fix for the interface access issue, in the meantime, disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN and that should stop it happening as much.
  16. The version number is still to be decided (it'll be 100+) but whatever the number it'll be the next one available.
  17. If you actually do a game/update download is it downloading at the expected speeds? The console speed tests themselves are not always accurate - it even says on them that they are estimates.
  18. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced. Could you expand on the Geo-Filter issues? What firmware version are you on currently?
  19. Great to hear you got it sorted and thanks for posting the solution. As your issue is resolved I will close this topic, feel free to open another if needed and we'll be happy to help.
  20. Give the router a reboot and see if you can then access via both methods please
  21. Okay so this might work but it is dependent on if what I remember is correct! Upgrade to beta: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ Set Congestion Control how you normally would (maybe leave upload as a higher percentage e.g. 80-90%) and set to Auto Enable For Bandwidth Allocation set the download low for the gaming device - it'll balance out for other devices. Then in Bandwidth Allocation menu disable Share Excess for just the download I *think* the ability to disable Share Excess for download/upload separately is an option on that firmware. If not then I don't think there is a way to achieve exactly what you want, there would be a trade off.
  22. You should be able to just switch Filtering back on once it's been added and use it that way. You could also remove PC from the Geo-Filter, give the PC a PlayStation device type in the Device Manager then re-add it to the Geo-Filter with the manual option and it will add it with the Games Console option and be able to filter.
  23. Will likely be the above/what I mentioned previously, if you address that can you access without the tour?
  24. Copy and paste is working for me. I'll let the team know it's not working when typing it in manually, thanks for the report!
  25. How many other devices would be being used when gaming and what kind of applications/services would they be using?
