  1. That's not really what the logs are for/reflect, what is your ping to the game? Was it fluctuating/spiking at all?
  2. Great to hear, thanks for the update! The server in the US is an authentication server, the game server is the one in your radius - the biggest icon on the map is the host.
  3. Can you access on the web interface when this happens?
  4. The team are already close with a fix so won't be much longer
  5. I'm saying I don't think it will help much as the Geo-Filter itself doesn't lower ping, it helps you get closer servers which will have a lower ping but as there aren't many servers there it may not help much. It does have Ping Heatmap yes.
  6. Sorry that was for a different router, you can ignore that: On both devices disable "Limit IP Address Tracking" and see if that helps. Also are they using the Apple private relay?
  7. It is an issue we know about and a fix will be in the next version. You can try the above, also disabling SmartBOOST fully can help from reports we've had. It shouldn't be too much longer for an update.
  8. We know what the issue is and it will be fixed for the next version. In the meantime disable IPv6 in LAN & WAN Settings and see if that helps prevent it
  9. That will be why you're getting the packet loss then. Re-upgrade then factory reset once it has complete and see if that works better.
  10. They do all appear to be in Poland so that's good: 34.116.131.48 34.116.225.17 34.118.45.42 34.116.232.68
  11. That's brilliant thanks! Presumably the servers showing in Spain should be Oklahoma and vice versa?
  12. Thank you, I'll pass it onto the team. In the meantime could you disable IPv6 in LAN & WAN Settings please and see if that helps at all?
  13. Thank you for the logs, if you've reserved IPs for all your devices go ahead and disable DHCP completely and see if that helps please
  14. Could you disable IPv6 in LAN & WAN Settings and see if it works then please?
  15. Make sure you're using the .41 firmware (not sure if you mistyped) as it should be resolved on that firmware https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  16. In WAN Settings on the XR set NAT from Secured to Open and see if that helps please
  17. Resync the Geo-Filter cloud in the Geo-Filter Map menu then see if you have the option please
  18. There is no specific way to be notified, you'll just see it as an option on Geo-Filter or Traffic Prio for example
  19. There aren't many servers in your region, just in UAE area I think so it wouldn't help you get any other low ping servers so I'm not sure how much you would benefit. Best thing to do is just to get it from a good source where you can return it for a refund if it doesn't work as you want
  20. Stop working in what sense, the settings revert, it stops prioritizing, throttling etc? Could you expand on the UI being inconsistent etc? As above it's up to NG on that, I suspect part of it is to prevent the whole customer base downloading and if there was a major brick issue for example it prevents a wide spread issue
  21. What is the DumaOS router you're using? Where are you checking the NAT type?
  22. Not specifically no but I'll chase the team to get it added as soon as possible
  23. I know we started dabbling with a reporting system on the interface, I'll make a request for that again but we'd always have to double check reports before making them permanent
  24. Sign up here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1J6_HsakqnRL6GG3nT-3BGuZkakqsikkn7cFNsSY5hz4/viewform?edit_requested=true and when available you'll get access
