  3. It won't actually reflect your ping in game, it's just the ping to an authentication server, do you have good ping in game?
  4. My previous response is correct: XR500 is a combination of DumaOS (created by us) + Netgear hardware/settings - IGMP is in Settings, therefore done by Netgear, we have no involvement. R3 is purely DumaOS (created by us) this includes the settings - Our settings will not be the same as Netgear settings, IGMP isn't missing as it wasn't ever included in our own settings Just to be clear, Netduma R1, R2, R3 have never had an IGMP option in settings, we have not made that functionality. IGMP option in settings does exist on the XR router settings, made by Netgear.
  5. Are you referring to upload not being affected when doing Ping Optimiser? Could you try to find the best MTU for your connection when using PPPoE and see if that makes any difference please?
  6. Have you factory reset or changed the WiFi password at all and the devices are still trying to connect using the old password?

  8. The settings on the Netgear routers are done by them, the settings on our routers are done by us so it's not available but it never was so hasn't been removed if you see what I mean
  9. It's not that simple, porting DumaOS to different hardware requires a lot of work, we can't just make a version available for hardware
  10. That could be due to increased CPU usage (we're looking into that), if you use the mobile app to view when playing for example it should be better. Causing it not to work in what sense? Could you provide a screenshot of it next time you see that? Try this for Geo-Filter: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  11. No joinable beta program currently, we'll likely release versions on the forum and then a few days later push it to routers so you do have the opportunity to get it early that way

  13. It really depends on the time of day as to what it may suggest but no that doesn't look right to me, we will look at improving the results it suggests
  14. If that's the case then it sounds like more of a problem with the game or potentially your line/modem.   15. We did do a DPI update recently, could you resync the cloud on the Device Manager and see if you see the same behavior please?
  16. What do you see when you can't access the interface? What doesn't work specifically with the Geo-Filter that a reboot fixes? What firmware version are you on? Set static/reserved IPs for the devices and that should resolve it.
  17. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  18. Unfortunately no, no current feature like that exists at the moment but we have had similar requests so its on our list to potentially add in the future.

  22. Delete those port rules there and just select Call of Duty when you click add service
  23. Use the simple method instead of custom to filter, does it work better then?
  24. If you disable the Geo-Filter and QoS do you get the same issues? If so, if you connect direct to the modem with no other devices connected do you get the same issue? Shouldn't be too much longer now.
