  1. You don't need to do the test if you're setting the speeds manually
  2. Glad to hear it's working now, do keep us updated!
  3. I've responded in your topic
  4. Disable SmartBOOST as well just to be safe and see if that helps at all
  5. Have you used the DMZ or made any port forwarding rules?
  6. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. For friends follow the section at the bottom of this guide: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter
  7. While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi entirely from WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes, access, enable WiFi, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes then see if it's more stable from then on.
  8. Reboot it then disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN, see if that provides more stability
  9. It's in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced
  10. I don't think it can be intercepted but I will check and respond to you
  11. Have you factory reset and so the password has changed but you're connecting with the old password?
  12. The downloads being slow are you noticing that everywhere or on specific sites/platforms? One of the devices connected via ethernet to the router is limited to 100Mbps - don't know if that is the one you're having an issue with at all but looks like it could be as you just have the two PCs connected via ethernet. Swap it for another cable and see if it is better then.
  13. The only way I can think that might be happening is if it is trying to obtain the same IP or a different IP that another device already has which makes sense why setting a reserved one works as you force it to use a different one. It is better, it's not a hardware issue which is good because it can be easily fixed - the team are looking into it. No that is not an easily achievable thing at all. Try the suggestion above please and see if that helps. No he means that the OS can't just be put on other hardware.
  14. On Network Activity click the top right and click to show router traffic, do you see that traffic then? -- For everyone else if you could make new topics for any issues you're having it'll be much easier for me to help
  15. Are you setting up the Geo-Filter before you launch the game? You will need to add your friends to your Geo-Filter allow list to connect to them.
  16. Glad to hear you got that resolved, thanks for the update, I'll reply in your other topic
  17. Sorry I actually meant it can't tell the game based on ports. It is bizarre, we'll be looking into it.
  18. We are trying to reproduce it currently, disabling IPv6/SmartBOOST seems to help prevent it
  19. What were the circumstances regarding getting this server? If you were in a game then it's likely a dedicated server or a peer host
  20. You will need to use simple mode and use Geo-Latency, otherwise it will not work - it's one of those games that is hard to filter. Also as above.
  21. How far away is the server you're connecting to? It's possible they've either blocked the VPN IPs or you're hitting a ping limit. I think it's more using DPI actually
  22. Try disabling the protection options in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced. They can cause dropped packets so might be what is causing the VPN disconnects.
  23. The latest is the one I linked above. Make sure you do a factory reset after updating and do the suggestions from the 1st response in this topic
  24. I'm not sure what it could be then, as it's not directly connected to the router there isn't an easy way to make it work
  25. That all looks fine so I suspect it's more on the game side. It may be due to the Season 2 update, more people getting on before it, I have seen people say it's been a lot worse in recent days
