  1. We're not withholding the firmware, also if we just released an update that wasn't ready and it bricked your router that would be worse. As it stands we're waiting on a build from NG.
  2. People are saying the last few days it's been particularly bad, most likely due to the Season 2 update. You can disable Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter and your ping should drop back down.
  3. Have you changed the password security method or changed the channels/widths? Picked a different region in setup?
  4. Did you do a factory reset after upgrading?
  5. You only need to set a priority once/one way, no need to prioritize it in multiple different ways Glad to hear you were able to get it sorted, thanks for the update!
  6. Most likely it's due to the season 2 update, more people online so the servers are under more load, it'll likely calm down again in a week or so
  7. Some may show more/less information, for example that one doesn't show more specific location data so depending on the server you may not see it
  8. HybridVPN isn't live yet but as mentioned may come in the next update. As above I don't think comparing the WiFi between the two will tell you anything, the 1000 is twice the price of the R3 so you would expect it to be better.
  9. You can try the IPv6 suggestion but we are aware the test isn't always accurate, you can manually change the speeds
  10. Thanks for the report, surprised you didn't have issues with the others to be honest but that's good to know!
  11. It is very Steady Ping causes the increased ping, disable this, does the ping then return to what you expect?
  12. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. If you believe them to be showing an incorrect ping please provide the IDs of the servers and we can check and move them.
  13. Did you follow the instructions from the first post? If not then it's probably the above. Go through the first post again and go through in sequence
  14. How long ago was the scheduled test exactly? Have you rebooted or anything since the test was done?
  15. Are you making sure to have the Geo-Filter set before starting the game/console?
  16. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  17. What was your question exactly or has this been answered?
  18. No there isn't a manual currently but we'll be working on it. We have been posting videos on our YouTube channel though for some of the features which may provide you with some more information.
  19. The test is simulating a saturated network and what your ping would then be in that scenario so that does make sense
  20. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  21. You can't skip them no, the game is wanting to connect you to those servers for whatever reason and the Geo-Filter is blocking them which should then force the game to allow you into games the Geo-Filter is allowing.
  22. You would only need to put it into the router and it won't really have any effect on the quality of your games
  23. As above, that's the limit. The benefit of using HybridVPN though is that you can specify what it applies to on the device so the rest of the device can go through your normal connection - if applicable.
  24. No nothing wrong, we will have added some servers to the whitelist so you can connect
  25. Do you get the same issue directly connected to your modem? Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page and also the table view of the Device Manager please?
