  5. That is correct behavior, you don't specify the game on a console but you do on a PC. You'd need to re-add the PC when you want to play the other game. Alternatively in the Device Manager give the PC a console icon and you can add it to the Geo-Filter like a console and it will filter both games. Clear browser cache/cookies, hard reload the page and it should show then.

  7. You don't buy OpenWRT though so it's a little different, we will have made that option available, I don't think you could feasibly say well we didn't expect anyone to use it for example. Anyway, I think we'd want to keep everything above board, I have already spoken to the team about looking into other services.

  11. I suspect we'd get into a lot of trouble for bypassing their enterprise plans by using their service commercially! iPerf would be good for LAN but not for internet speeds
  12. Are you connected via ethernet or WiFi? If WiFi it may have disconnected you and you need to reconnect to the R3 WiFi to continue

  14. What do you mean the setting isn't saved when added? Can you provide a video or screenshot of what is happening?
  15. I think this will likely be the PC blocking some aspects, if you disable your PC firewall then try, does it work correctly?
  16. Could you clarify, are you referring to the Setup Wizard? By disconnecting do you mean from the internet or from the interface?

  19. That's something! If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect (probably tomorrow now) to enable remote logging so we can get some information when it happens.
