When this happens do you see anything blocked on the Geo-Filter map at all? Do you mean that you're losing connection in the menu or when you're in a game?

In regards to the high CPU usage are you still seeing that? If so, how many devices do you have connected to the router and how are they connected? How many are online at any one time and what kind of internet usage is happening?

We're waiting on a build from NG I don't know that it will be fixed by NG to be honest, there have been a couple of things we've chased them on for a long while

Yes port forwarding now on the R3 should allow you to have an open NAT without it being a security risk. Yes the features will work, just make sure to connect all your devices to the R3 so it can control the network effectively

You'd need to add them eeverytime, there is no way for us to know who your friend is

What are your Congestion Control/SmartBOOST settings?

Have you disabled QoS by any chance?

Try this: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _

Forget the WiFi network on the phone and reconnect - the option you disabled definitely isn't required for a connection

If the logs were provided before the issue happened it wouldn't have anything helpful, the issue would need to be recreated and then the logs obtained

I don't think it is a problem on your side, you mentioned it happens direct to your modem as well with no other devices being used so its not an XR issue. Your ping from direct to the modem is low and very stable so really everything on your side is good so the only other option is your routing to the game servers or the game servers themselves. The latter of which I expect will get better after a week or so, basically when a lot of people get bored of the new update. The routing would be something you'd need to contact the ISP about but it would be hard to prove and I doubt they'd do anything.

Interesting, shouldn't have affected it at all then I wouldn't have thought. Give the devices static/reserved IPs and it may prevent it happening in future.

So your setup is Internet > AX > R3 is that right? Copy the WAN IP on the R3 WAN Settings page and enter that into the DMZ on the AX

You provided a screenshot of the QoS page there with it disabled but it shows DumaOS Classified Games still prioritizing - is that still happening now?

You changed the LAN IP? If so then yes you'd need to redo them as they'd use the old one. There will be an update yes but I don't know how much NG will be contributing to it to be honest.

You absolutely should not put your PC in the DMZ, that is a major security risk. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
