  1. Could you clarify? It likely has many servers in lots of different countries
  2. I've just responded to you via email but the confirmation is likely in your junk/spam folder but I can confirm it has gone through with the correct address and you should have received a tracking email a few hours ago.
  3. As above we're based in the UK and we don't do any military discounts in this country
  4. Great thanks, I've asked Alex to have a look at the game/servers as I'm not too sure where the official servers are (until we get it on Heatmap!)
  5. I can't see why that would have done it - if you re-enable it does it work?
  6. The R1 hasn't had an update for quite sometime and won't get DumaOS 4. The R2 next update will likely be DumaOS 4 but it won't be soon. Only the R3 has DumaOS 4 currently.
  7. Just to double check ONT (LAN port) > (WAN/Internet port) R3 (LAN) > (WAN/Internet port) R6 is that right? What mode is the R6 in?
  8. We can certainly do that, if you provide the IDs as well that will help us do it faster
  9. What is the model of the Room A router?
  10. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  11. Yes it does have a VPN service integrated but it's used for accessing your home network while away from the network. I believe HVPN will be in the upcoming firmware. If you're not changing anything and the ping is going up like that I suspect that it may be peak time congestion/congestion in your area. If you play during off peak times do you get the lower ping more consistently? Good to hear I was right about the CG-NAT!
  12. Did you by any chance delete the device from the Device Manager that was added to the VPN page? I think a proper reset will be needed unfortunately
  13. There are extra features for the Geo-Filter on 4, completely redone QoS as well and overall enhancements/design changes. It really depends whether the extra cost for that is worth it for you
  14. You can do that if you want to yes - if you just want the Geo-Filter then you could get any really
  15. Shouldn't make a difference unless one of those servers is outside your range?
  16. Yes the room A router, what is that? Ideally you should just use the ISP modem + R3 - is there any reason for another router being used?
  17. If you disable the Adblocker on the router does it work then?
  18. Yes all the XR routers will be on 3 or 3.3. I'd be biased and say the R3 as it will have future feature updates whereas the XR range won't but what are your requirements?
  19. DumaOS 4 will not be coming to any XR routers. I would not recommend the XR300 personally - it's no longer manufactured and has the oldest firmware version out of the XR range.
  20. There will be no one setting that everyone will get the same results with, you'll need to experiment with the Download/Upload percentages on Congestion Control until you get the best values possible
  21. If you check specifically one of the URLs it should block does it block at all?
  22. In your ideal scenario, the other router that you have connected to the R3, what is the model of that? Is it in the DMZ on the R3?
  23. The in game ping can add processing delay which can account for the difference. If they're in the zone but won't connect it means the game doesn't want to connect for whatever reason - check with the Geo disabled and see if you can connect to those ones
  24. Does the PC itself have a static/reserved IP set at all? As there is no reason one device would work but another doesn't, assuming the ethernet cables are fine
