What's has a "fix" on the "NEW" firmware ?
Netduma Fraser replied to GavinA895's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Everyday we're getting closer, we're not going to rush it though, the more stable it is the happier people will be -
That's news to me! DumaOS 4 will be coming to the R2 so certainly not dead. There are no router wide connection problems I am currently aware of. What is the problem you're having exactly?

That's very strange, if you remove the device, then re-add it and try again to select Cloud Gaming does it work? You can also see the ports for GeForce NOW here: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5482/~/how-can-i-adjust-my-network-firewall-to-work-with-geforce-now%3F

Are you trying to access the interface using HTTPS? If so make sure to use HTTP. Also are you using a browser based Adblocker?
-
What platform are you playing on? If you make a priority specifically for RL, does it show it prioritizing then?
-
Might be DPI perhaps, if you disable SmartBOOST fully in settings does it work then?
-
Exactly as above, if we had any more information on the traffic it wouldn't be unknown! If you can identify what it is and believe it should be classified let us know and we can look into it.

just a couple of issues, not sure how fix…

As above that'll help you login on a PC. For the app, uninstall it then re-install it, does that allow you to login? -
NEW XR700 BETA FIRMWARE: 3.3.363
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
No to both. .50 has some security updates that's all. -
Can’t open the same port on 2 different devices at once?
Netduma Fraser replied to Rbk23's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Exactly as above, let us know if that resolves your issue! -
Thank you for the suggestions, I will pass them onto the team! For #1 one though, it appears to resize for me based on the size of my browser window, could you provide a video of what you're seeing there?

CPU USAGE STILL HIGH AFTER .41 FW update
Netduma Fraser replied to TxFrog33's topic in Netduma R3 Support
If you could answer the above that would be really helpful! Did you factory reset after the update? Also what are you doing on the network when you notice it being high? -
Fair enough, well we will have new firmware soon that will have more fixes/improvements so best to try it again when that is available
-
Because it makes it very hard for me to support multiple people in one topic
-
Yes we do still have stock!

There is a guide here but there isn't much else you need to know to do it https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000087492--dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-hybrid-vpn You need to get the configuration files from HMA - you'll need to contact them to find it. You copy the contents of the file for the server you want (once they have provided them to you) in the config box, enter your login credentials in the relevant places and then connect.

Try that and let us know what happens

Geo Filter is a hit or miss, QoS is completely useless.
Netduma Fraser replied to Grug's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Use this guide while saturating your connection with downloads https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control (set to Always), say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values. Also what is the amount of packet loss? -
Should be fine then, if you disable the Geo-Filter do you see the same behavior?
-
GEOFILTER, R3 connecting to outside servers
Netduma Fraser replied to Gskillz's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Great to hear that, thanks for the update! -
What game/playlist are you playing? Do you know how many servers are in that area if you use Ping Heatmap?
