It'll definitely be in the next firmware, unfortunately I don't have an ETA for you. Where is it you're located?

You can't influence who joins your games, you can only determine what servers you connect to and they should be within your radius - is that happening?

It has been requested before, I'm not sure to be honest if it's something we'd do or not as we'd have to partner with another company. I'll make sure it's on our list to look at though.

What web browser/device are you accessing with? Does the browser have an Adblocker active? Are you connecting to the interface via HTTP or HTTPS? What firmware version are you on currently?

It doesn't have a bridge mode but it does have an AP mode. You can then connect that behind the R3 (to one of the LAN ports) and all devices will appear on the R3 as though they are directly connected to it

Thank you, I think the reason may be that you've chosen the polygon method but you haven't actually drawn a shape for the area you want to force. Make a shape or switch back to the radius method and see if it works then please.

It looks like it is working in the sense that it is blocking everything outside your zone - try switching to simple instead of custom and see if that works better.

You can just close that window, you don't need to uncheck it but you can if you wish - it'll only apply when that window is open

That looks fine. Can you just provide a screenshot of the entire Geo-Filter/interface page uncropped with how it's usually set please?

Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.

If you expand the radius so it covers a few more servers do you still get placed on that and does it look the same as previously?

Did you set the static/reserved IP on the PC itself as 192.168.77.155/24 as I've never seen windows show the CIDR notation (/24) naturally, which might be part of the problem

It's in DHCP settings - give it the IP it already has

Set a reserved IP on the R3 for the PC itself and see if that helps please

What does 'slow' mean exactly? This wouldn't be a firmware issue either, it'll just be a case of fine tuning settings

Are you using a VPN app by any chance on the PC?

Was that static IP like that before or have you just done that? Do you leave the PC in a standby state mostly or do you turn it off fully?

It isn't possible to do that unfortunately I don't think there is anything else that can be done. You can try multiple factory resets in a row to see if that brings it back but I think it is likely bricked. As commiseration I can offer you 30% off an R3 if that's something you'd be interested in.

On the device itself it will have an IP address if you check it's network settings e.g. 192.168.77.50 so then check if it's the same IP for the device you think it is on the Device Manager Can you provide a screenshot of how the Geo-Filter appears when you're getting connected to a game outside your radius please?

Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. This is the R3 not the XR1000 and it's not been abandoned, an update is coming.
