  1. I've given you Early Access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  2. You have Early Access, try the firmware there and those features should work better https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  3. No it won't be coming to the R1 unfortunately. It'll only be on the R2 and R3.
  4. I've given you Early Access where it should be improved on the firmware there but I believe we're actually in the process of rewriting the feature. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  5. That's great thanks, In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  6. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of custom for the radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  7. It's a feature only on DumaOS 4 on the R3 and won't be coming to the XR range
  8. Thanks, I'll pass those IDs onto the team to take a look. No it's not that extreme, game servers if you ping them directly will not respond to your ping. We try to be clever so it will respond to our ping but in some cases it may not be able to ping at all. The Geo-Filter is still working getting you a game within your radius, it's just not able to detect the ping properly.
  9. I understood that, that's what I mentioned in 2. That would be a bug, we wouldn't intentionally make it so it would do that and I've not seen anyone report it, try the Early Access version and I'm sure you'll be happier with it.
  10. It doesn't detail the device that it's happening on. Get it from the System Information page instead and we can take a look at that, you may be missing entries otherwise
  11. There is also the DumaOS app you could use on your phone which would be easier
  12. 30 seconds is the time needed to hold the reset button, otherwise it'll just reboot. You could attempt to access routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm and then re-upgrade to the firmware from there which may help. It's probably not able to contact the speedtest server but should fail automatically. Are you accessing the interface by HTTPS? (If you look at the URL bar on the browser when on the interface does it say HTTP or HTTPS) Did you just use the Geo-Filter page rather than on the dashboard to see if you could see servers? It will help you yes but I will say, that the R3/DumaOS 4 is more complex than the DumaOS on the XR. The warranty wouldn't allow you to return the XR, it would allow you to get a replacement if needed BUT the firmware you're on is beta so they probably wouldn't accept that as a legit reason, you'd need to downgrade first before going through a ticket and it's probable it can be resolved through troubleshooting as well - I don't see anything we couldn't get you through given some time.
  13. It doesn't indicate the device, just that there was a connection. If it helps (probably won't) it's a server in Brazil - it could very well be an actual malicious attack or just general browsing etc. Are you taking the logs from the System Information page or the logs in settings?
  14. I've added you both to Early Access which I think will help with the issues being faced: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ That's not a bug I've encountered/seen reported, if you really think we would deliberately make that happen that would cause more work and frustration for everyone then I don't know what to tell you. It's likely the Early Access version will help. That feature you can add server IPs yes, however it's likely if you're adding other game IP addresses then they would time out when you ping them. Should be improved in the new one
  15. The exact same way as you upgrade, just with the older firmware file being uploaded instead
  16. You both already have access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  17. The allow/deny function is really meant for two things: To allow any servers that may be required for online play/party chat (we should have this done for you in the cloud 99% of the time) and to allow any servers you thought were particularly good so you can connect to them in future regardless of your Geo-Filter settings To deny any bad servers The game ping should be lasting the entirety of the game so you should have time during the game to allow/deny depending on your experience but yes if you wait until the game is over then the ping will disappear as you'll no longer be connected to that server.
  18. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  19. Everything doesn't work in what sense? How is Geo-Filter not working exactly? The more information you provide the better I can help
  20. Could you be more specific on the issues please?
  21. If they're stating it can work with our routers then it's best to ask them directly - using VPNs to get bot lobbies or get around SBMM isn't something we specifically support
  22. Ah I see, we are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced and set the speeds you expect manually. Are you able to access this site? https://speed.measurementlab.net/#/
  23. Reason I ask is the last thing that happened prior to you logging in was the router flagging an IP address - now it does this a lot, provide false readings but given it's the only thing showing it's worth looking into. As it's happened a couple of times now are there any devices that were used in all instances of the issue occurring?
