  1. You'll need to sign up here for the R2: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  2. Start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  3. What router/firmware version are you on? Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  4. It would still block everything outside your radius and force a connection inside your radius. No further news at the moment, once ready we'll put it out.
  5. Is anything not loading on the Sys Info page specifically? Does it happen every time you load the page? Resync the cloud on Ping Heatmap, then ping and see if more succeed, otherwise we'll have to update it.
  6. Yeah do try Early Access. Have you disabled Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter? As that can increase latency. What do you have Congestion Control set to?
  7. If you want to use the VPN best to use .170 for the moment, it will be fixed in a subsequent firmware
  8. I'm sure you can attain those results using DumaOS also but our aim isn't to build a shell around OpenWRT that people can use but an entire router operating system
  9. Does Netgear allow you to create a ticket with them for this if you sign in here: http://support.netgear.com/
  10. Are you seeing anything being blocked on the map when that happens?
  11. Definitely haven't seen this issue before, if you're not able to unblock it properly the only way to get it connected again would be to change the MAC address of the device itself so the router thinks its a different device
  12. No specific PS5 settings needed, just what you would normally do concerning Geo/SmartBOOST etc
  13. Where are you seeing this error exactly? Is it happening on loading a page or after changing a setting etc?
  14. Could you clarify what you mean exactly?
  15. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR?
  16. You don't need to unplug the router everyday - they're designed to be always on and use very little power. Make your settings changes then reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes, then everything should be saved if you unplug again
  17. Disconnects should be resolved, are you still experiencing this with the Early Access version? The Ping Optimizer servers may not always be available and so can fail sometimes, we're rewriting the feature as well currently. Where are you seeing additional latency/packet loss etc and how much is added. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  18. It's been available in Early Access for sometime, I've given you access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  19. Are you trying to use a VPN? It's a code for XBL not being available in your region
  20. Glad to hear you're enjoying it and thanks for the suggestion, I'll add it to our list!
  21. I don't think we've specifically tested the game yet but try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client This should at the very least allow you to see servers.
