Is the new firmware not out yet?

If a different LAN port doesn't help and issues persist, downgrading would be a good option to see if it continues. In terms of the R3, I can't guarantee all your issues will be solved immediately, these routers do require a more hands on approach than other routers so there is always something that can be tweaked. The R3 will get the latest updates though which means it'll only get better, the XR500 won't receive any major updates anymore.

That might be part of the problem then if you're saying the Xbox connected via ethernet in the above screenshot, the router isn't seeing that - if you connect it to one of the other LAN ports does it then appear?

Great to hear, thanks for the update!

It's possible it will work right away but we'll test the game when it releases and make an update if necessary - feel free to remind us closer to the release date!

Reboot Scheduling

Right now we're focusing on any major issues, once that's sorted we can focus on polishing and potentially adding feature requests like this so it's possible that will come this year -
Is the new firmware not out yet?
Netduma Fraser replied to spacialrend's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Added Likely the ping on the router is the closest ping response it could get (pinging game servers times out usually so we do something clever but doesn't always work), I'd block it and get a different one Unless a change is made last minute, yes it will still have remote logging enabled. For the moment for the big issues we'll keep it in, unlikely all future EA versions will have that. Public versions will never have remote logging enabled. -
Thanks but can you do it while the console is on please as that'll give me the information I need to know

Request for 4.0.179 (Early Access Firmware)

Unless you're having issues you don't really need to keep an eye on those stats but you should be able to do a static route with the R3 though I've never tried/seen anyone try on the R3 so there is a chance it won't work but if it doesn't it may be a bug we can fix

Speeds decline over time, requiring multiple daily restarts.
Netduma Fraser replied to Spazz's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Sorry for the late reply on this, there will be a new version on Monday with some improvements to speeds so when available try that and let us know if it works better -
I've given you Early Access, try the firmware there instead: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

I can't see anything there particularly myself but I'll pass it along to the devs so they can take a closer look
-
That's not something we could advise on, you'd need to research that
-
No, once you've stopped playing a game Traffic Prioritization will no longer work with QoS disabled
-
Okay so what was the exact issue you were experiencing at this time?

Can you provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view please?

Not sure what you mean about the app, that's just a way to access the interface. Upgrade to the firmware here and see if it is better https://forum.netduma.com/topic/55183-early-access-firmware-r3-dumaos-40179/?do=getNewComment
