  1. 19th is the soonest we could have sent it due to the weekend, the Monday it states would be the 5th working day but I get your disappointment, we send it as soon as possible and then it's up to the courier to deliver it within the time frame and sometimes it is towards the end of that estimate.
  2. The attempts to ping are fine, it won't be causing any issues. I'd recommend you start by upgrading to the latest firmware (I've given you Early Access) https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56602-early-access-firmware-r3-dumaos-40266-geo-filter-20-improvements-and-country-selector/ which you may find beneficial as you can specifically select the countries you want to filter. If you could upload your PingPlotter results that would be great thanks - you don't have to stay with the Ping Optimizer recommended percentages or the 70% we suggest, it would be beneficial to experiment with the percentages to see what works best for your connection.
  3. How long is it taking you to find a game there?
  4. That's right yes - I'd expect that it could trigger if you're using Game Pass for example, it shouldn't unless you're actually doing the cloud part but I could understand how it could be misclassified that way. If you're watching YouTube or downloading something and it's showing that then that's definitely not right.
  5. Lol, not even butter on toast, cost of living!
  6. We don't provide supper by call but let us know how you get on and we'll help
  7. If you could provide the logs then prior to reboot that may help, thanks
  8. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  9. Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
  10. It is yes that's why I was checking your version, upgrade to the latest: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/ then see if it performs better please
  11. All we can tell from the logs is that it has crashed, if you could download the full log the next time we may be able to tell more
  12. This could be due to using PPPoE on the R3, what firmware version are you on currently?
  13. How have you set the EE hub to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Set a reserved IP for your gaming device on the router then reboot, wait 4 minutes and see if it happens again please
  14. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  15. Thanks for that, there is a theory from a few team members that misclassified traffic might be throwing off your priorities and be causing your issues, in which case an upcoming cloud update should fix that. In the meantime to check the theory, could you reboot the router and then see if anything is being misclassified as Xbox/Cloud Gaming and being prioritized when it shouldn't. Then in that 2 weeks timeframe check again when it starts to go downhill, if it does, could you remove the cloud gaming priority and monitor it again please? In the meantime we'll try to reproduce it.
  16. Do the above suggestions help with this?
  17. You'll definitely need Ping Assist to be set to 0 if you want to force servers. Then in other circumstances it looks like you've allowed servers which account for the other servers outside your radius being allowed. Remove those and then it should work better.
  18. For Ping Optimizer, simple will only do a test for the download, expert will do download & upload so it's up to you what you would like to configure but I'd usually suggest expert. I would necessarily recommend turning off the router that often, it is designed to be always on and low power. However, if you do want to do that I would suggest rebooting from the interface at some point after you've made your changes as it will act as a hard save. You can then turn off if required. No you don't.
  19. Does it recover itself, do you need to reboot etc? Is there any pattern with device or internet usage as to when it happened?
  20. It's not something we'd take lightly. At the very least a month yes, I think they want to put it through their SQA process more which is why it's delayed.
  21. Just because there is a delay doesn't mean it will never be released, we're chasing them frequently
  22. The standard text editor will work
  23. That's the VPN protocol you want to connect using - check your VPN provider for the configs they provide, OpenVPN or Wireguard.
  24. If they provide you with the config files then yes it should
  25. I'd suggest modem > R2 > other router otherwise you'll lose the effectiveness of QoS. No specific settings that you need to change for this setup.
