  1. Even without access you should be able to get the logs from this link http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt
  2. I've given you access so you can take a look, they all have change logs so you can make an informed decision
  3. There will be some more improvements around this in the next Early Access firmware - you won't get a 100% success rate but should be doing it a few times at least
  4. The router gets a WAN IP when you connect it to your ISP modem/router - either the WAN IP will be your public IP if you're using a pure modem or it'll be a local IP if using a router
  5. Great to hear, do keep us updated!
  6. Go there, find the new firmware and upgrade to that
  7. Try the .170 version, a lot of people seem to like that one but generally if you have issues like this providing us with the logs will help
  8. Sometimes it's impossible to ping a server, I've given you Early Access, try the firmware there https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  9. You can try that Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  10. Use the app to get through then you should be able to use the main interface from a PC
  11. You can't impact who connects to your games - only the servers you connect to. Is the issue that you're connecting to servers within your radius but the players in those games are foreign? Yes cloud updates won't be long, we did an update to our internal tool so will be easier.
  12. You won't be able to stabilize every single game, what game are you playing? Are any of your games getting stabilized?
  13. Great improvement, the only other things I could suggest are: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  14. It's probably best to agree to disagree because we'll never agree on the subnet aspect and as I did mention in emails before it's not something the team will change but we'll take your point about the custom list and see if we can add that back in.
  15. That's great to hear, do keep us updated. If the latency is too high do disable Steady Ping and see if it is better then.
  16. Added Best to post in the Early Access section but do try the above and see if that works please
  17. As far as I know it is working with Destiny 2!
  18. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  19. I understand, that is what I am referring to. What is the ping showing for you?
  20. Clear your browser cache/cookies then refresh the page, does it load then?
  21. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  22. We never give out any ETAs on firmware, we have completed the port so it's working on the R2 now but we will need to refine and test before it's ready to be put out for people to use
