  1. We can't dictate that it puts you into a full game so we can't help with that specifically. Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC a Console device type in Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works any better.
  2. I'll respond to your topic
  3. That can't happen, it's not always able to ping every server - I suspect it's because the ping method for those servers there at least is traced, if it says direct I suspect you'll see a ping.
  4. Your base connection has instability based on the first PingPlotter screenshot, that's out of the routers control, Congestion Control can't help with that. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the XR or do you have some still connected to your ISP router?
  5. If you're going to play on a server far away you're always going to have a higher ping - we can't lower that ping specifically, it depends on your routing to the server from the ISP and the speed of light, neither of which we can affect. This is why we suggest playing on closer servers. If you're having local congestion then experimenting with Congestion Control to find what works best for you will help.
  6. Is that the only server you're covering? If so that's not too abnormal especially if those servers are very busy at the time as they'd usually put you on another
  7. Ah you're using torrents - on your torrent client make sure it just uses TCP and also disable DHT/uTp please and see if it makes a difference?
  8. Are there any stats to go with this that I can work from? Very difficult for me to advise based on in game experience/feel.
  9. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly please?
  10. It's quite unlikely a game update would cause any specific issues on the router itself. Likelihood is that it's still summer, more people online, the new beta is just around the corner so more people are jumping on to practice. Experiment forcing different servers, some may be under load.
  11. Exactly as above, keep us posted!
  12. The new fibrus hub, does it provide WiFi? If so switch to DHCP on the R2, apply, reboot, do you have internet then?
  13. Not sure on that aspect yet but the router will definitely recognize it, we'll need to do some more testing
  14. Okay can you provide another screenshot then please showing the map when you're getting a game outside the radius.
  15. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR?
  16. I've given you Early Access, could you try the disconnect firmware posted here to see if it helps please? https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/page/7/#comments
  17. I believe I sent you an email, lets continue there if needed
  18. Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then attempt the upgrade again. If you're changing Geo-Filter settings while on the game you will need to reboot the game at the very least.
  19. It doesn't have a bridge mode and if it did you'd lose the features. We've just posted a firmware in the disconnect topic which may help resolve the issue: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/page/7/#comments
  20. What isn't working on the Geo-Filter exactly? Are you not seeing servers? Servers outside the radius etc? Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely (including the game client from the System Tray) Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  21. Did you set up the VPN with port rules?
  22. I've just seen that we do/did have access to it and we're testing a big cloud update that will include it, once we're happy with it we'll incrementally push it out to routers.
  23. What issues are you having exactly?
  24. Great thanks, keep us posted. A cloud update behind the scenes that would fix the classification, you wouldn't need to do anything.
  25. Glad to hear it's working now, keep us posted!
