  1. You already have access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  2. Upgrade to Early Access and see if it is more consistent, if not there will be a new firmware there on Monday which will have improvements to this feature
  3. The team will not be looking into the subnet change disconnecting you as they do not believe this is an issue, changing network settings such as this would cause devices to reconnect and changing the subnet wouldn't have an impact on gaming. Over the years I've seen many people change settings that make absolutely no sense and they say it gives them a better experience and that's great, whatever works for them but we can't investigate every single one of those instances. I respect that it works for you and you want to bring that to our attention, I do appreciate it, however it won't be looked into further. Just to give you an idea, I've been doing this for 10 years and I've never had anyone report this across any of the DumaOS platforms, if it had wide implications people will have found it by now I can assure you.
  4. Where does it say that on the website? As I've not seen any specific games mentioned there Taking control of your PC wouldn't do anything, the only thing that'll work in the short term is to wait for the firmware on Monday which does have some improvements specific to that feature and then see if it is more consistent. If it continues the team can look into it further. For the Geo-Filter: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then to only get you games within the radius.
  5. They will continue to prioritize until the connection to the game has been severed i.e. you've stopped completely for a few minutes, it'll then turn off and stay off
  6. You install it on the router itself, it has install instructions on the firmware post
  7. If it's a pure modem then it won't have any changeable settings on it anyway so I wouldn't suggest going through all the trouble to make it work
  8. We'll be putting out another build probably on Monday which will be a release candidate but it depends on how well that's received. I've also added you to try the firmware if you want Added
  9. Is it a pure modem or does it have WiFi? I can't quite tell, does 192.168.2.1 work?
  10. We've been posting firmware in Early Access for a little while, I've given you access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  11. You don't need to do that at all, just type in the modem LAN IP address into your web browser when connected to the R3 and it'll work
  12. Even without access you should be able to get the logs from this link http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt
  13. I've given you access so you can take a look, they all have change logs so you can make an informed decision
  14. There will be some more improvements around this in the next Early Access firmware - you won't get a 100% success rate but should be doing it a few times at least
  15. The router gets a WAN IP when you connect it to your ISP modem/router - either the WAN IP will be your public IP if you're using a pure modem or it'll be a local IP if using a router
  16. Great to hear, do keep us updated!
  17. Go there, find the new firmware and upgrade to that
  18. Try the .170 version, a lot of people seem to like that one but generally if you have issues like this providing us with the logs will help
  19. Sometimes it's impossible to ping a server, I've given you Early Access, try the firmware there https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  20. You can try that Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  21. Use the app to get through then you should be able to use the main interface from a PC
  22. You can't impact who connects to your games - only the servers you connect to. Is the issue that you're connecting to servers within your radius but the players in those games are foreign? Yes cloud updates won't be long, we did an update to our internal tool so will be easier.
