  1. I'm not sure what you mean between the two 'modes', that is the only way that it pings. I think you might be referring to the Steady Ping line which isn't actually a live ping per se.
  2. The router doesn't have any functions to allow you to use a hard drive, it will provide it with power but that is it currently
  3. You can access it without internet so that won't be a problem. What is the URL you're using to access the router?

  8. What web browser are you using to access? Are you trying to access it via HTTPS? Are you using a browser based Adblocker?

  10. We didn't have access in the recent test but there is another coming up that we'll try to get access to - we don't generally provide support for games during betas as it is always subject to change but once it releases we'll definitely get support for it.

  13. It should just work fine but I will mention to the team that this may need to be retested, thank you for the report. That is a good workaround and should work for other games if necessary.
  14. The cloud updates apply to all the routers in most cases, there is no discrimination. I will pass it on to get correctly located, the person responsible is away at the moment but they should be able to do it next week.
  15. It will filter but it won't be strict at all so you could get games outside your radius
  16. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.

  18. I don't believe there are any plans for this no and we don't generally announce anything until it's available. We haven't specifically tested mesh or have support for it but I have seen some people use it with success but I couldn't guarantee it would work.
  19. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are your internet speeds exactly? Do you get these speeds through the R3 if you do a speedtest.net test? Are you streaming over WiFi or ethernet? How do you have SmartBOOST/Congestion Control setup? Disable Adblocker on the router and see if that helps.
  20. Exactly as above! The 1000 will be getting a beta of DumaOS 3.3 which hopefully won't be too much longer.
  21. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? There has been no changes in physical setup, settings changes etc prior to it happening? Where are you checking the ping on the Geo-Filter or in game? What game is it you're playing? How do you have QoS setup?
  22. The only thing to disable really in this scenario is SmartBOOST which can be done by clicking the icon on the page > Settings > Toggle enabled
  23. We haven't tested the game so I wouldn't expect priority/Geo to work for it currently but I'll see if the team can get access to test it during this period
